“We had an absolutely incredible experience with Thomas as he came to our house for a small private dinner. He prepared a beautifully executed six-course dinner for us that was not only delicious but also thoughtfully presented and perfectly paced (the wooden hands were a hit). Thomas checked in with us before the event and you could really tell how much care and creativity went into the menu.

What made the evening even more special was how enjoyable it was to spend time with Thomas while he cooked. He was friendly, engaging, and happy to chat with us about the dishes as well as his different business ventures and travel experiences. We will be visiting Shirley’s this summer for sure!
