Shame on you! Overpriced. I have been here numerous times and was shocked to find out you are now charging $1.00 for ice cream served in a paper cup. No transparency. Perhaps you should advise your customers beforehand. I visited the store on Aug. 24 and ordered a kiddie cup, a single cup and a latte. The bill was over $20 + tip requested. OMG!! I have been to Opinicon many times. Their scoops are far more generous, cheaper and they do not charge for their paper cups. Not sure why you changed your business model!!

Bought a small plain buttertart and it was $6 with tax and of course the credit machine immediately asks for a tip for just over-the-counter service. Too expensive for what it is💀💸

If you're looking for a good smoothie avoid this place. They don't use real fruit, just a flavor base.
Service was awful too. Ordered our drinks and the guy taking our order just walked away and sent another girl over to take our order, who was equally as rude.

Attending this cafe today (July 24th). I just wanted to start off by saying the staff made this experience absolutely amazing. Was welcomed by a group of lovely teen girls who had the biggest smiles on their faces. There was a blonde girl and two darker haired girls (Props to them as it is hard to come by teen girls who are as welcoming as they are). All 3 were lovely. Their service was great, scooped me an AMAZING size ice cream for honestly a good price for what I got and the ice cream was delicious. The building and atmosphere was filled with retro coziness from the actual mugs and glass bowls all the way to the amazing ceiling. Would 100% recommend this for locals or those coming to visit like me.

Very nice place woth a variety of interesting things. Ice cream cones were enormous and the parmesaen bagel was delicious. Staff was friendly, restaurant was clean and inviting. Has an outside terrace where you can bring your dog.

Poor service, wrong product served, twice, I have a drink that I have to toss, it”s not drinkable, we were over-billed, staff refused to correct, I’ve brought clients in the past, and even recommended your shop earlier today, I won’t in the future, we were very disappointed. This ice cream store is a fixture of the town, and probably the place that most tourists hit when they go to Westport. We consider a visit here pretty much mandatory. Their ice cream cones are giant, and their location is perfect for a little visit to the marina with cone in hand, to finish off the cone in one of the Muskoka chairs under the willow trees, looking over the gorgeous lake view. Nothing is better!

Place looked ok. No friendly service, just wanted to know what we wanted. But seriously, handling cones and food, no gloves? So tired of eating at places that touch food they serve with bare dirty hands. Milkshake was 50% milk liquid. Can't do a basic Milkshake properly and not handle food with clean hands. Won't go again. Train your staff.
