I stopped by around 11:15 on a Friday morning and all the workers are very kind. I was almost instantly offered to have my order taken and the woman was very nice. I’ve been to other a&w with bad service so this was nice!

Food seems pretty good and slightly less harmful then other fast food establishments. However I dined in and there were fruit flies flying all over the restaurant (in November). It felt gross and I did not feel at ease. They really need to fumigate or something!

Updated review: I previously gave this place a 5 stars. However, with today’s experience, I’m dropping it to a 1. The lady who took my order was rude. I’ve never ordered a combo before, so I was confused on how it worked. I said could “I have a mozzarella burger combo,” she says what’s that, oh you mean “Mozza burger combo.” She was so rude about that, displaying her petty attitude. Additionally, I asked for a “jug,” however, she makes a big scene, speaks in a rude tone and made me feel embarrassed. I just accidentally mixed up the word, “mug.” I will no longer be coming back to this A&W anymore. The lady appeared to be the manager, she was slightly larger (I’m not fat phobic, just describing the person so there is action taken). Everyone else was great during the many times I was here, except for that one lady. Thanks for ruining my lunch.
Not to sure but this literally looks raw. Disappointing considering I waited 10+ min for it and can possibly get sick.

Idk how to explain how they operate. I ordered two beyond teens, first took them a while to understand that teen patty can be replaced with beyond. Then instead of charging the difference in amount of patties i was charged full amount for patties. Was no point arguing. Then they gave me the most stale buns they had at the back and insane amount of ketchup in them. I eat at this chain frequently but this was the worst store i have eaten from.

This is by far the saddest excuse for a fish burger that I've ever come across, I've had the cod burger the first time it came around and I really liked it so when they brought it back I was excited to get one just to be met with this atrocious display of what doesnt even resemble the cod burger advertised. I guess this is what I should've expected with the shrinkflation crisis going on at fast food restaurants but I use the term "fast food" loosely considering I had to wait 10 minutes in the parking lot for this sloppy greasy mess. You can see in the picture that I posted that there is only a smear of coleslaw mixed in with the weird baja sauce that you'd think would bring some moisture to the fish but instead just moistened the bun that soaked it all up. $15.90 for a combo just to be thrown in the garbage. I would've rathered a filet o fish from McDonald's. Just a total waste of money and time . It's a 0/5 stars for me.

$75.00 for 4 combos. Yes, you read that right. Two Nashville chicken burger combos, a 3 piece chicken strip combo, and an uncle burger combo. I should have walked out but it was very late and my kids were hungry. Absolute insanity. Never again. For that price I'll stay home and eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches next time if we're out late and I'm too tired to cook. It should not be this much for a family of 4 to eat fast food. This country is going down hill fast. The staff were nice at least.
