Ordered on app still sat in Drive thru for 15 minutes. By far the slowest drive thru any where in Ontario. And not the first time I've been here so get it together. As a service technician I live in my truck so I know who's slower then molasses in January. Food was good just not fast.

Haven't been in a while and was definitely shocked with prices. The food is good , but almost equivalent to sitting down at a nice restaurant. Wish they had more of a snack menu. $7 for 2 chicken strips seemed excessive.

Horrible customer service with night shift. Food was prepared without gloves or hands being washed prior to handling the food. Had me waiting 15+ minutes (2am and it was absolutely dead) for 2 burgers and a chai latte that was 3/4 full with no tea in it. Straight hot milk. Mind you the employee noticed something was wrong and still proceeded to hand me the drink. Stay away!!!

Just ordered on uber eats and put directions due to allergies. This was ignored which has occurred now 3 times from this location. I called and was told I was being placed on hold, got hung up on and now have called back MULTIPLE times and phone is not being answered. These employees don’t care and don’t care if it’s an allergy and have no idea how to deal with these situations. You shouldn't be avoiding a customer due to your mistake. This seems to be no issue when I come into the location but on uber it’s a problem each time and sadly I had no way of going in person today. Some staff here seem to have no idea how to read instructions and don’t know how a restaurant is suppose to run. Was an Indian woman I was speaking with. Seems like a certain kind of employees really struggle with understanding basic instructions. Hopefully head office will deal with this accordingly. This allergy is very severe that now due to just being in the bag I cannot eat any of my meal and have already began getting symptoms. EXTREMELY disgusted by this location and the staff they employ.

Will not be returning. After trying to use the scanner code for a coupon on the app the lady in drive through told me she hadn’t been shown how to use the scanner. She requested for another code which i gave and then i didn’t receive the discount. I questioned the lady in drive thru after paying and seeing the coupon wasn’t even used. She then proceeded to tell me they need special codes and i couldn’t be re imbursed for being wrongfully charged. Very disappointing and unprofessional. What’s the point of advertising the app if their own staff don’t know how to use it!
