I came here after a dinner out with my family of 5. It did not disappoint. The store was bright and clean. Very inviting. Also has places to sit and eat your ice cream. They honoured the coupons we had and were polite. Recommend going here for ice cream. With its unique flavours and many of them along with traditional flavour, I highly recommend this Baskin Robins!

Walked in with my kid to get some ice Cream. No other customers in the store. Stood there for 10 minutes , while employee was chatting with someone else. No acknowledgment of our presence , or a “I’ll be with you in a minute “ , nothing. Another customer came in and walked out before I eventually walked out without being served.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this is the second time I’ve had a disappointing experience here. Most of the girls working at this location were extremely rude—no smiles, no basic courtesy—and treated us like we didn’t belong. It genuinely felt like we were being singled out, possibly because I’m brown. I’ve lived in Canada for many years, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such consistently unpleasant behavior.
We came here to enjoy ourselves and lighten the mood, not to feel worse. That said, I do want to acknowledge the one positive: the male staff member working on the evening of July 14, 2025, around 8 PM. He was kind, respectful, and professional—something the rest of the staff could learn from.
Unfortunately, based on repeated negative experiences, I will try to avoid coming back. While one person’s kindness matters, it doesn’t outweigh the overall environment of disrespect I felt.

Ice cream was pretty good — can’t complain about the quality or taste. Unfortunately, they got the order wrong and the woman working there came off a bit rude when we mentioned it. Not a total dealbreaker, but enough to knock down the experience. Probably wouldn’t rush back, but not the worst either.

Yesterday we purchased a Father’s Day birthday cake and I asked for 10-15 spoons but they literally charged me for the spoons and we r not allowed to give 10 spoons.which s really bad. We r spend 60$ for a cake at ur shop and you ppl can’t give 10 spoons for your customers that’s really bad

I ordered an ice cream birthday cake today from your location at 4160 Baldwin Street in Whitby. The phone was answered with the bright and cheerful voice of your employee named Debbie. She proceeded to take my order and was one of the most helpful and friendly people I have ever dealt with. At the same time she was also very professional. It is such a pleasure to deal with employees like Debbie. Thank you.
The service was good, and the place was clean and presentable. There was only one server, and the place was packed. The server was working hard trying to serve people but could not catch up. I understand that the overhead charges must be high for the owner, but I think adding extra staff during busy times like Saturday and Sunday afternoons could help improve the service.
