I ordered a SpongeBob cake for my daughter's 8th birthday. when I went there I asked for a picture to be put on the cake she advised me we can do it on a rectangle cake . When I picked up the cake it was so small 8x6..smaller than a sheet of paper! . and it suppose to feed 8-12 people!! I always order round cake from here so I know what size they usually are! I was informed that the square cake is taken from the round cake so when you purchased a square cake you lose six servings and it cost you $6 more because of the "work" that it put in. I went back to complain she said there's nothing she can do and that when you order a square cake you will be getting less cake for more money. HER WORD EXACTLY!! then she said the girls don't always know and give the correct info! this is unacceptable and I'm very disappointed. If your going to buy from here always get round?

Love ice cream on a hot day! But it seems like the ice cream was tooooo soft, which can be annoying because it just melted too quickly and ended up sharing half the ice cream cone with the sidewalk.
From the moment it was scooped it was a sloppy, drippy mess. The guy did say he was new, but the scoops were very messy and hard to deal with once on the come; also when to be reminded of the cherry flavour they carry, he mentioned he didn’t know if they had cherry… I’ve worked customer service for a while and it’s just a due diligence to know the menu flavours incase a customer ask, but that wasn’t too big a deal and he had a great demeanour and attitude the entire time.
My partner got cookies and cream which wasn’t in the display yet and coldness of that ice cream was what EVERY ice cream flavour needed to be, I can’t get over the ice cream being too soft and the pictures can easily show what I’m talking about. A little disappointed but what I enjoyed was great because again, who doesn’t even something cold on a hot day.
