Burger Factory - Whitby

Great food and great service!

We arrived here by 9pm. Mr Randeep took our order and prepared them quite quickly. He did it with excellent speed and elegance. The burgers tasted awesome. He was multitasking as online orders for pickup was also there to be done. The place is very clean and tidy. A good spot in Whitby when you want to catch up with your friends. You also have vegetarian option just ask the team members they are ready to help you.

I purchased the Juicy Lucy to based on the great reviews. I was disappointed with the food and the service. The girl who cashed my order was initially pleasant, but became angry when I did not tip on my take out order. I sat and waited for 20 mins for my order, which I did not mind. When my burger and fries were ready, the girl shouted at me “mam” your order is ready. She was very loud, she turned away from me and left the order on the counter… she did not even hand it to me. There was no condiments , nor napkins in the bag. The bread was soggy, there was just too much sauce …I was not able to enjoy it. The fries were a very small portion. I will not visit this place anymore nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Great veggie burger and love the fresh cut fries

This place is unreal. I got the juicy Lucy. I it was my first time going and I was impressed. The burger is not over the top but it was very juicy flavorful and the toppings were fresh. That customer service here is very nice. The quality of the food is top tier. I believe that's definitely not No McDonald's quality. I also got onion rings. The portion was very small but they were very crispy and good. I would definitely be back if it was convenient for me

My 7 year old choose burger factory for his birthday celebration. We were 11 ppl. We enjoyed it so much. All meals were made perfectly. I would recommend this location. The waiter was very nice!

Stood at the cash for 15min and nobody took our order, plus there was only one person working the kitchen with a few people already waiting for there order, so we decided to go elsewhere

This place has such a good vibe! The music, the lighting, and the cozy seating make it a great hangout spot. But what really stood out was the amazing customer service—the staff was super friendly and helpful, making sure everything was perfect. They really go out of their way to make you feel welcome!

Very delicious food! Friendly staff as well and great with children as well.will make the visit to here again! Thank you for the wonderful service on Saturday evening!
