Lucy on fire was pretty juicy and cheesy. I enjoyed it. Although the owner should hire at least one more employee. The wait time is long and it is not possible for just one person to keep up with so many things.

Ordered cheeseburgers, double cheeseburger and the hot chicken.

Everything was surprisingly great. Good size patties, cooked well, tasted fresh.

I don't usually like chain restaurants but I had a great experience. I think the hot chicken flavour could use tweaking, it tasted more like black pepper spice than cayenne spice, but it was still good.

Extremely respectful staff and clean environment. Randeep is a really great worker, we came in 5 minutes before closing and he let us stay to eat and enjoy our food. Checked up on us multiple times and was very kind. Will definitely be visiting again!

We placed a simple order today on Uber Eats, One burger and one utility sandwich took more than 50 mins. Every 30 mins, the time kept refreshing to 20 mins delayed. Might as well find another place that can complete the order in due time.

I noticed the reviews were pretty mixed, but I decided to give this place a fair chance. I’m a big burger fan, so I’m always excited to find a great burger spot. Unfortunately, I never even got the opportunity to try the food.

A lot of the negative reviews mentioned poor service, and I honestly wondered how bad it could really be. Well… pretty bad. As others have pointed out, there was only one person working. I walked in, looked over the menu, chose what I wanted, and went up to the counter to order. That’s when things got frustrating.

I stood there. And stood there. And stood there. The employee never acknowledged me—not even a quick “I’ll be with you in a moment.” Nothing. I waited far longer than anyone reasonably should, especially when hungry and ready to order. I think it was 5 minutes, no joke.

I love burgers—they’re my favourite food—so for me to walk out says a lot. I had plenty of time to think about it while being ignored. If the food is as good as some people say, I hope you have better luck actually getting it.

The only star goes to the poor worker who was alone and couldn't keep up with the orders.

The owner just wants to make the most out of this business, they have only one guy who cooks, cleans, takes orders and so on.

The restaurant was dirty and not clean, ( due to having only 1 worker)

The dining area was so cold, since the heating system wasn't working ( based on what they told us)

We have to wait like 25 minutes just to be able to order for family of 4 . And another 35 minutes for the food to get ready ( AND AGAIN DUE TO LACK OF STAFF).

TO THE OWNER:

for the sake of your business, hire people and DONT LEAVE THE WHOLE RESTAURANT RUNNING WITH ONE POOR GUY.

it was 1 time visit, not gonna come back again.

3 stars only because my order was not made according to what I chose online. Other than that, the burger was delicious. Sides fries and onion rings were average.

I visited this restaurant tonight, and unfortunately my experience was not pleasant. According to Google Maps, the restaurant was supposed to be open until 10 PM, but when we arrived around 8:45, the staff were already putting chairs away and cleaning the floor, which was surprising.

We were a group of six, and the seating was tight. I politely asked a staff member if they could bring back a couple of chairs so we could sit comfortably. Before the staff even responded, a man—who may or may not have been a customer—put the chairs back for us. Then suddenly, that man approached me very aggressively, got in my face, said “Welcome” in a rude tone, and walked away. I was shocked by his behavior.

I informed one of the workers about what happened, but they had no explanation and offered no solution.
A restaurant should always feel safe and comfortable for customers, and situations like this should not be ignored. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression on me and I will never use that location any more !

We had dinner at this location on Saturday and we loved everything about the place, from the positive welcome to the burger and fries which were hot, crunchy as i like them and just enough portion.

We definitely will be going back.
