I accompanied my family to Burger Factory. Randeep provided excellent customer service with a friendly demeanor. The quality of our burgers was truly exceptional.

We went in as a family of 8 plus 2 children and recieved amazing service! Not only was Randeep and his team efficient, but they didn't compromise on the quality of our burgers either. All of our burgers and sides were delivered to us as ordered and the staff was very pleasant!

The food was great. an array of delicious burgers, which don't feel too heavy. The staff namely Radeep (not sure if it's correct) was especially kind and helpful. A great place for quality fast food.

Came here specifically for funnel cake and was highly disappointed as staff did not communicate that there was no soft serve ice cream and you have to pay $4 for chocolate sauce on top of the $3 for Oreos. This does not make sense as they expect me to eat dry funnel cake. Was looking forward to this and unfortunately will not be returning. Mind you this took 20 minutes +.

If you’re craving a solid burger, Burger Factory is the spot. The patties are juicy, the toppings are fresh, and the fries? Crispy perfection. I tried the signature burger and was legit impressed. Tons of flavor, and those sauces? Fire.

The vibe’s chill, and the staff are super friendly. Perfect for a laid-back lunch or dinner. 10/10 would recommend!

I've been to this place twice before. Their food is really good. Definitely love the crispy chicken sandwich. One of the best I've ever had.

Food was excellent!! We had the cheeseburgers. So many options for toppings and quite possibly the best fries around! Fantastic milkshakes! Highly recommend!!

Very friendly customer service - it's nice to be engaged in conversation instead of only taking one's order and money. Burger and poutine were very tasty and filling. The funnel cake was a winner. Very fresh and tasty. Definitely worth the visit
