My Husband and I have always enjoyed our dinners, Jerk chicken dinner and Jerk pork dinner with festival. Paul is always upbeat and pleasant to chat with and the best authentic Jerk around.
Exceptional customer service! Bought Oxtail dinner. I was very disappointed with the serving amount and lack of meat. I called the restaurant and spoke with Pat the owner, who offered to give me a refund and cover the gas fee. Got to the Restaurant and met Pat for the first time. She apologized gave me a $20 refund (more than the cost of the food) $10 gas fee and also topped up the meal and gave it to me for free. I offered to still pay for the food but she refused. Went here today for the first time and ordered the Jerk Chicken Meal, Jerk Chicken Poutine, and the Salt Fish Fritters and all I can say is it was incredible. The chicken was well seasoned and cooked perfectly and the rice tasted delicious.
