Was disappointed with my order today, usually I eat in the restaurant, where you get a nice sized piece of fish, chips & cold slaw but today I had to get carry out, only to find I didn't get any cold slaw & paid the same price as if I had eaten in, don't think that's right & probably wouldn't be back for a long time & certainly won't be recommending the restaurant now as I feel I was ripped off.
The halibut and chips are fantastic. Big portion of halibut too.
I was plesantly surprised with this restaurant. I am always a bit hesitant with older restaurants like this, I worry about cleanliness and food quality. But I gave it a shot and I am happy I did. The service was great, everyone was friendly. I got the souvlaki dinner and it was delicious. Id say one of the top souvlaki dinners in Durham. The portions were huge, i took quite a bit home.
