Went in for lunch today. It will be my last visit here. I ordered three beef tacos and the nacho to go. First, the tacos... Meat tasteless and taco very soggy. Pic attached shows a pool of liquid inside the taco. Nachos were also tasteless. Chips tasted stale. Person working asked me if I wanted queso or shredded cheese or both. I said, sure I'll take a bit of both. Then asked me what protein I wanted. I opted for beef. What the sneaky fella forgot to mention is this just added 50% more cost to the dish. Get home and of course need to zap the nachos to warm up. They package them with a foil liner in the bottom. Try and remove that without having the grossness go everywhere was a real treat. My bill for a terrible nacho and three soggy $2.49 Taco Tuesday taco's was $25.00 with no beverage. So many better options out there. Especially for that type of money.

Nia was incredibly attentive throughout the ordering process, making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the food was delicious. Tried Guac Mexi Grill for the first time yesterday. As soon as we walked in, we saw Sahara grilling fresh chicken breast and knew it was going to deliver. All the ingredients were very fresh and the burrito was put together perfectly by Sahara. Great friendly service, value, and location. Highly recommend if you are burrito connoisseur like myself. Thanks again Sahara, we will be back!

The staff was together seamlessly, which made the service smooth and efficient. Specifically talking about one of the staff member nia, she is very approachable and open to feedback as well as had a very consistent communication with her.
They do not know how to make burritos/bowls. You can tell they just throw it all together and don't think. They also rip you off by only filling up the nacho chip bags half full while giving you the smallest portion of queso.
Please stop adding extra toppings when customers are not asking for them. You do not need to add more rice or corn because a customer didn't want a specific topping.
Pretty good tasting food. Horrid service.

Fantastic fresh food! The food here is amazing with lots of flavour. The burrito edible bowl is a generous size and pairs really well with all the ingredients. I’ve tried both the ground beef and steak and they are both very tasty. I believe his name is Moe (the owner), he is very friendly and polite. Last time I went in he made fresh churros which tasted fantastic with the chocolate sauce! Highly recommend visiting this friendly and clean location!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Don’t waste your money and time. They need to change the management.
Not bad. There's almost no good mexican in whitby, gave this a shot a few times. It's not bad....but it's weirdly bland and very very expensive. Everything feels like it should be 1-3 dollars less for the quality that it is. Also a little inconsistent in portioning so when you get less it's just....underwhelming. It looks like it has more taste than it does, hard to explain.
Fiesta Potatoes are good though, also maybe a buck too much but it's the one thing that wasn't average/below average.

My Experience
It was my first and last visit here, spent $98 for 3 adults and one kid. The food was blend and lacking the selected toppings in all meals. Contacting the server was my biggest mistake. He started with yelling tone to cover up his mistake.
When I asked for the manager, he said l am the manager Mohammad. Wow! What an arrogant manager. He is the one who prepared my food. No wonder why the food was awful, his wrong attitude as a manager doesn’t allow him to even think about the quality of food or service.
Not sure how does his staff function under him on a daily basis. Good luck!
