Wednesday fish and chips special is a good value and tasted excellent with large portions. The coleslaw is extra $, it was bland tasting.

Amazing, fresh tasting fish. Everything was done right and very tasty. Brought my parents here, they fell in love. This is definitely has become the new go to restaurant for them.
The owner was very humble and friendly.

We had a wonderful breakfast here! The three of us each ordered something different, and every dish was excellent. The booth seating was comfortable, and unlike many other places, the atmosphere was pleasantly quiet—perfect for enjoying a good conversation. Highly recommend!

The fish and chips here are amazing. Crisp but not overly on the outside and tender inside. I had the Halibut, 1 piece which was huge. Great fries and finished off with the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake..yummy. I'll be back!

I’m back again for my Sunday morning breakfast special. For $5.99. I get Brown to dry eggs over easy and very delicious french fries I have been craving this for two weeks, and I definitely am glad I managed to satisfy my craving. Thank you Halibut House, I will be back again soon. Thank you Karla

The fish and chips were crispy without being over done. The halibut lunch size portion was just right and very reasonably priced. The service was excellent. She was cheerful, welcoming, attentive and efficient. Overall a very good experience!

We had the pleasure of being served by Peggy. She was welcoming from the second we walked in the door, until the moment we left. She was highly attentive, friendly and thoughtful. With service like that, we will definitely be back. The food was fresh and delicious with great portion sizes. The restaurant was extremely clean and bright. Looking forward to our next meal there. Absolutely disappointed. I ordered 2 peace’s of halibut and rice for takeout. I got two small peace’s of halibut and scoop of old rice and dry rice. I looked in the bag and no coleslaw, so I asked I didn’t get coleslaw? I was told that it doesn’t come with takeout ( they should have that on the menu) also I was told that if I want coleslaw it’s another $2.00, I paid $46.00 for the 2 peace’s of halibut and rice, two packets of tartare sauce and two packets of vinegar, no condiments whatsoever. All I said was O wow and I took the food and walked out since I paid for it when I placed the order. Not a single person was in the restaurant and that should have been a red flag especially on Friday afternoon. I don’t mind paying for food but at least get the same food as when you are sitting in the restaurant. Apparently for takeout you don’t get the same amount of food. This is ridiculous and I will not be surprised if they close down the restaurant soon or unless they make changes. If takeout is different then dining in that should be on the menu. I have never been in a fish and chips restaurant that doesn’t serve coleslaw. I have been at other locations of halibut house restaurants and I have ordered takeout and got the same amount of food, but this place they are cheap and since it’s a franchise it should be the same as other locations. I’m just saying, I will never go back there. If you want to stay in business don’t cheap out….good luck
