First time visit, the tests small seating space but the service was good and very quick. My husband tried spicy chicken ramen and I went for chicken shoju ramen. spicy ramen was good and spicy but I didn’t like my ramen because of the broth flavour. On the side we ordered our favourite spicy chicken Karage, which was good but not that great. Overall nice ramen place.Parking: Apart from street parking, there is paid parking lot just walkable distance at an unbeatable price of $1.40 per hour. The best - Weekend it’s free!

The server was incredibly rude. I tried their ramen and it tasted really off. The ramen wasn't really hot. The noodles looked like those instant packet noodles. Portion was incredibly small and the price was very high. The owner made me pay for the food even when I didn't eat the ramen. And when I went in there there's nobody but two of us during lunch time. Don't let the reviews fool you. I go to this other ramen place kenzo much better service.

I was actually quite impressed. The food was made with simple ingredients, but so tasty. The vegetarian meals are the best options. If you like spicy bowls, this is the place to eat. The business is very accommodative to small children. Parking is a bit tight, but it's worth the drive to downtown. Prices are very reasonable.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian dish was full of various veggies, fried tofu, and noodles. The broth has a nice sweet and salty flavor. The meal is very filling. You will have extra for sure. It's a nice big bowl.

Foods good, the staff is very polite and considerate, and the price is reasonable for a night out these days. The dining area is slightly on the smaller side but is well kept and clean with a decent modern bar. Overall a good experience, though the washrooms downstairs are not wheelchair accessible for those differently abled.Vegetarian options: They do have vegetarian options availableKid-friendliness: About as family friendly as any other restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: Front door is at street level but washroom access is down a long flight of stairs.

My husband & I have only ever had J7 as takeout but it is delicious comfort food. The ramen is always hot, fresh & so flavourful. We have tried other ramen restaurants in the area and J7 is by far the best!

Delicious ramen: rich, filling broths, great noodle texture, perfectly soft boiled egg. Generous portions. My favourite is the pork shoyu.

honestly, i’m very disappointed with the food after waiting a while to try. the vegge ramen was just that: veggies and ramen noodles with a brother that may have well been water with a bit of pepper in it. the dish was terribly bland, and the noodles were only warm on the outside; if i didn’t know better i would have said that they were instant noodles thrown in the microwave and not heated through properly.really disspointing

Live in downtown Toronto but tried this place because I was in the area. Ordered the Pork Shoyu in thin noodles and IT WAS REALLY GOOD. Better than some I’ve tried in DT. Must visit ?

Delicious is the best way to describe everything on the menu. I had karaage chicken miso ramen and many appetizers. Great service and friendly staff.

We were here on last Sunday and ordered Karage chicken ramen and Karage chicken on the side as well, service was good, quiet place with good ambiance. The food was good in taste and the best part was the broth, i really enjoyed the broth. The staff were friendly and welcoming. 10/10

Service was friendly and prompt. Restaurant was clean and tastefully modern. I ordered the Karaage Chicken Shoyu - chicken was perfectly crispy and delicious, although I was not a fan of the broth. My husband ordered the Spicy Pork, which he said had the right amount of spice (though others might prefer spicier) and pork was delicious. They did not have tea, but have a selection of beers. While we were sitting there, they seemed to do a decent takeout business. Parking in the area is free evenings and weekends.
