Pulled in to this place. I realized I'd driven my x husband here before for food. Went in with 2 of my children (1 adult and 1 teenager) we ordered and sat down. The service was very friendly. The place was clean. The decor was in line with a diner. Prices were right. Our food was ready. We sat and ate it. It was great. No complaints at all. My teenage son is a very picky eater. He said his food was great. I had never seen him eat a whole double bacon burger before. Usually, he would leave half and eat it later. Therefore i know this places food must be great. My son said this place is his favorite place to eat. My adult daughter said that her food was really good. Mine was perfect. All in all, I recommend this little place for all your diner fast food needs.Thank you. We will be back!!!Dietary restrictions: I was able to get food that was good for my dietary restrictions.

Great little burger spot that gives big portions and big value. Its classic old school no frills diner food. The inside is full of sport memorabilia like a wee museum and don't forget lord Stanley's cup was there.

The food is tasty! The owner is very attentive, and if you're worried about getting value for your money, he watches things closely to make sure you are happy. The place may have the most vintage hockey posters (one that stands out for me is the 1981 Canada Cup team) and pics, not bad compared with Teddy's in Oshawa, and just without the formal picture frames. Cujo's is everywhere, LOL, and I do like the Leafs, but I do think they should make a 'Homer' (Leaf fan) burger here, why not...Vegetarian options: I mentioned salad instead of fries, and I immediately got a Greek salad, which was a cool first reply. Whoops, you may have to skip the feta cheese, if you're strict.

All around good experience. You can’t make a good burger without good toppings, and these guys have the whole array fresh & ready. Service was fast & friendly and the atmosphere & decor is genuine and unpretentious. Gravy is thick!?

My boyfriend got food poisoning from this place. Also, the guy that works the cash register is not even slightly friendly. The actual place is pretty cool though, lots of sports memorabilia.

I've been looking for a "Johnny's Burgers" type joint near me and everything seems to fall short. That was until I decided to go to north end burgers. I haven't been there even though I don't live far and let me tell you it was amazing absolutely one of the best burgers I've ever had. This taste can't be made or bought, it takes years to get that taste and north end has it!! Keep up the good work and I'll be back very soon with my family.

Very disappointed with the quality of the burgers as they are not the same. I bought a burger combo, while eating the burger I bit into a bone. It broke a piece of my back molar. It was very painful. I had to goto dentist to repair. I kept the piece of tooth. I will never eat here ever again. Definitely gone downhill since new owner took over. Johnnys is not the same anymore. If I could give a negative star I would. ???To add to this I called spoke to cook and he was very rude. I left number to be called back. Never heard back from owner. I will give him until the end of this week and then I will speak with a lawyer.?????

A long time Whitby staple for a reason. Food is great and reasonably priced. I love the connection to local sports athletes and the Time Capsule decor. Definitely recommend.

Been going here for close to 30 years. We now live 2 hours away and still make the trip for the most consistently good burger and fries.

Food is ok but not what it used to be. I specifically asked if burger was homemade and was told it was but it was a frozen box patty.
