Vani bakes one of the best fresh cream cakes in Durham region. Had ordered a 2 tier cake for my son’s birthday which came out the same way I had mentioned it to her. The cupcakes and the brownies also were very tasty. The taste was top notch - the sweetness level, the amount of cream used and the detailing. Would recommend Sugamaze for customised cakes. Vani created a beautiful and absolutely delicious cake for my sons 5th birthday. I reached out to many people to get a custom cake done and they were unable to create what my son wanted. Although it was not initially possible when I called Vani, she said dont worry we can make it work. She was so great to work with and created an amazing cake for my son at a great cost. I had a wonderful experience right from the start of placing an order for birthday cake with Srivani till it's delivery and savouring the delicious gateau! She is very sweet and professional. Her cake flavour menu is amazing and I chose KitKat flavoured chocolate cake with mermaid theme. I had shared a reference pic and Srivani's cake was fantabulously better than my reference cake design. Thank you Srivani. I would recommend her 💯 and she would be my go to going forward for any delicacies in the future. Another plus point is the price. It's very affordable and her cake is not smeared with the thick too sweet butter cream which is offered by other famous wedding bakers in and around Whitby area! Her cake is not too sweet but right to the mark with fluffy light whipped cream with moist cake layers filled with delicious chocolate cream with KitKat flavor. There are famous bakers around Whitby are who charge 20$ to just taste the cake but they never keep their promise to even come up with the samples and don't even respond when I message them! But Srivani is a gem baker whom I decided to trust based on Google 5 star reviews alone! I made the right choice and I was convinced that I would be in for a treat when I spoke to her and she convinced me that the cake will not be too sweet but will have the pastry like qualities which we find in India. she was able to deliver such an amazing design even with the light fluffy whipped cream where as many other famous bakers around Whitby area had convinced me that they cannot deliver heavy cake design with whipped cream but can only be made with thick butter cream.. so Srivani definitely has an edge over the other bakers in whole Canada! Way to go!
