Ordered takeout and realized when I got home that the gravy was missing from my order. I called Whisky John’s in Brooklin to let them know, and they immediately apologized and delivered it to my home — along with a complimentary dessert. That’s outstanding customer service! Mistakes happen, but it’s how a business handles them that matters. I’ll definitely be ordering again.
I love this place, the staff very friendly, the food delicious
The staff was friendly and food was great. The Manager Mike G went over the top to make sure we were happy with the service. He explained the menu and gave his recommendations. This establishment is well run and clean. The customer service was mind blowing. Huge thank you again to Mike G for the phenomenal service. We will be back!
