Philthy Philly's Whitby

I ordered 2x chicken strips with fries, 2x broad street burger with cheese, an order of fries, the Big Texan Sandwich, 2x Colossal Carrot Cake and a Root Beer.
The chicken strips were the size of chicken wings, overcooked and burnt, fries were over cooked, tasted burnt, and were like cardboard like on the inside. We didn’t get the drink and waited over an hour and a half for our meal. Needless to say we didn’t not eat this meal!
I rarely leave a negative review but this was unacceptable. I was tempted to return it but the restaurant was closed by the time we received our order.

i personally got the buffulo chicken poutine but my brothers and mother got way better items so the food is better than 4 starts but great service and a good atmosphere

Ordered 2lbs of wings. I ended up with two small containers each containing 7 wings (3 drum 4 flat). I've never had wings from anywhere where 1lb isn't 10-12 wings. Have your scale checked or stop ripping people off.

Very nice staff and tasty food

The guy who took my order was so kind. Helped me choose from the many options available. He delivered the food to my table and even gave me free fries! Food was pretty good! Nice and heavy which was what I was going for. If I'm in the area again I will definitely stop by again. Thanks guys!

Used to order all the time and it has slowly gotten worse and worse. Decided to give it another go today on Uber Eats because of a buy one get one deal. Sandwich tastes good but they are so small with barely anything on them. Look, I get inflation but come on, $13.99 for these tiny sandwiches? They used to be much bigger. So disappointing.

I had to take the "steak" from one sandwich and add it to another and it still wasn't enough meat. Such a waste of a bun. The fries were also cold and the gravy tastes instant. I would have given a better review if the sandwich at least tasted good, but it didn't. I do not suggest.

I would like to know why the food use to be out in the open and now they moved it all to behind a curtain where you can’t see them make your food. Doesn’t make sense. Also it shows cheese whiz is free online and in store and they tried to charge us. We’ve ordered here 30 plus times and I always get cheddar cheese on my sandwich, this time they put the cheddar cheese that is wrapped in plastic the cheap gross stuff. I’m sorry but if I’m paying 18 plus a sandwich I expect real cheese. Keep it up you won’t be in business much longer. I won’t return to this location

This was the most beautiful experience of my life. The employee/maybe owner was the kindest man on earth. He took care of us throughout our whole stay. I was so grateful I almost cried. He went above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely visit again if we return to whitby. The presentation of the food was beautiful and quite large, but not as large as his heart. Super happy i love poutine. He supported our careers and encouraged us to succeed.
