Thursday 23 October 2025 2:45pm I entered the store. Stood around for 5 minutes before yelling to the back asking if anyone was there. No response so I left the store. Open sign was lit up and door was unlocked?

Best customer service at Baldwin location !!! We walked in and the place was packed and yet the people behind the counter made sure to welcome us, as well as saying goodbye and thanking us for our service. We asked if we could tip because we were so impressed and he said no he was just grateful we chose to support them. Good to see gtrat customer service still exists oh and of course food was delicious !!!

We absolutely love coming to this Pita Pit for our Friday lunch out each week! The food is always fresh, tasty, and made just the way we like it. The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming — you can tell he truly cares about his customers. It’s always a nice way to end the week, and we always look forward to our next visit.
Staff is so friendly. The owner greets each customer with a “hi how are you” as soon as they step in the door and a “thanks for coming” when they leave. Food is incredible. This is where we choose to have our lunch out every Friday!!!

Very disappointing. Ordered a chicken shawarma and there was barely any chicken inside—just mostly veggies. For the price, it is completely not worth it. Definitely overpriced and not what you expect from a shawarma wrap.

Was coming back from a long drive, and wanted to grab something to eat. Felt like having a pita and stopped here. A few things, I noticed the sever was cleaning and didn't wash her hands to serve the food, she used gloves, but she should have washed her hands, especially when the customers see you cleaning and sweeping the floors. Secondly, I ordered a chicken wrap and there was all pita and veggies and hardly any meat. My spouse also ordered a Pita, he had BBQ chicken wrap, and it was only 1 chicken cut into 4 small pieces in such a big pita. So it was also all pita and veggies. Felt like we were eating veggie wraps. Not to satisfied with today's order at all.
