I wish I knew where they were moving, best cafe in Durham
Coffee was ok but the place is very dumpy. I was surprised as this has the impression it would be nice inside.
Asked for hazelnut latte, Felt like hazelnut milkshake. Remade it for normal latte, felt like milkshake again. There was no flavour of coffee and espresso shot was negligible. When told this to the guy - He responded OK
Ordered Hazelnut Latte, it was more of a Hazelnut flavored milk. No to less coffee and a strong hazelnut syrup. When asked to neutralized this syrup , they added more milk which resulted in disaster. Services was good. When said at the counter, he made another regular latte.
Lovely workers! Their iced cappuccinos and bagels are amazing. Perfect place to stop by for coffee when coming to study at the library.
Great spot to meet for conversation and snack. Ample seating, quiet spot. Cappuccino was delish.
The vanilla latte tastes like terrible syrup water. So unnecessarily sweet and coffee flavour no where in site. For the price I wish I just sipped at Tim Hortons before going and got myself a breakfast sand which and a coffee for the price of that nasty latte

A great spot with nice people serving terrible espresso.
Tried the macchiato espresso. The roast they're using is so dark it cannot possibly be beans intended for espresso. Tastes like carbonized ash. Also the preparation is incorrect for the milk.... far too much and not properly steamed to the correct temperature necessary to properly sweeten the lactose.
They've got a good machine for espresso so just missing a person who cares enough to know how it's prepared.

Meh... (1/10).. Good options for f&b, but the atmosphere/service is very low, (I work remotely, and come by here often).. but never stop for coffee etc.. because I know how poor the service is.. paid $5 for an ice-cream cone, worker didn't even bat-an-eye to correct the overcharge.. (too busy making a sub-sandwich probably for 9mins for a customer before me).. as I did, just dipped! The $5 cone was good tho! this place tho.. its' really bland.. that's the tea!
