My wife came in to get splenda for a tims drink that was poorly made. The drink got spilled on my lap and I was already having a bad day. She went back in and the barista asked how she was, listened to her story and made us both drinks.What a gentleman. He made a diffrrence to us that day. That Starbucks would hire such an upstanding fellow shows their priority of hiring great people and this dude really came through with his huge heart.Having worked hospitality myself, he showed compassion through service. A+

Absolutely love this starbucks! The other ones I go to the employees don’t notice you or say anything when youre picking up your mobile order but i did my mobile order at this starbucks this time. My order was made so fast, I went in thinking id be waiting for a few minutes like i usually do at other stores but It was ready when i went in, as i opened the door an employee said hi and looked ready fo take my order but i grabbed my mobile order and they all seemed friendly and told me to have a good night.

Though not the staff's fault but this is the stupidest drive thru set up. It blocks traffic and doesn't flow well. It's Starbucks, the chocolate cake pops are devine but I do find them a bit slower. Given the complexity of the drinks it is

So my child's classroom made a Starbucks in there class and as parents we were asked to bring in empty cups if we had them or bags. I went to Starbucks and explained this and the manager was more then willing to donate some coffee cups,cold brew cups,bags for the classroom. So happy about that it was awesome thanks so much you made the kids super happy and my 4 year old was a hero. Great staff and manager

Went on Nov 16 at 5.30 drive thru I wanted to pay with a 50 she said they don’t have enough money in her till. We were a bit stunned by this being in the industry ourselves we know you can’t refuse to take our 50. Then she just had attitude and said to her employee beside her don’t worry just rude customers. Ridiculous I pay $14 for two drinks and I get attitude. Because the industry is starving for employees it’s really sad that we’re now to scared to discipline rude and unnecessary behaviour from staff.

I usually like this location because the staff is so friendly and nice. But I guess they hired new staff here and when I went through the drive thru today, the girl on drive thru gave me attitude for order more than 1 drink saying that it usually takes 10 minutes to make more than one drink. “Just so you know for next time”. She then waited for my stuff to be made with her arms crossed the entire time, then gave me attitude again when giving my order to me. It was the most ridiculous service I’ve ever gotten from this location.

Absolutely not cool that when you're tapping your card to pay, the store has automatically added a tip onto your order, so people who aren't looking at the debit machine are paying extra for their drinks and being forced to tip. My order was trying to add an automatic $2 tip to my payment. I have heard this is the new thing with Starbucks happening everywhere. It has got to stop, you are literally stealing money from customers.
