Starbucks is losing its STAR appeal. I find the overall experience declining. They used to provide ceramic plates and ceramic cups for inside but now you get your coffee in a paper cup and your pastry in a bag. It has diminished the experience and for the price is a slide downward. Now it makes sense that the CEO resigned after one year and compounding losses. If I’m going to spend this kind of money on coffee and ok baked goods then the experience needs to be seriously upgraded....

My wife came in to get splenda for a tims drink that was poorly made. The drink got spilled on my lap and I was already having a bad day. She went back in and the barista asked how she was, listened to her story and made us both drinks.What a gentleman. He made a diffrrence to us that day.
