The employees take no care in how they distribute the toppings. Everything is piled in a clump in the centre of the sandwich. The woman making my sandwich acted like it was a rush but there was nobody in line behind me.

Employees are not personable for customer service personnel. Sandwiches are made very sloppy and you have to prompt them for an appropriate amount of ingredients or even the ingredients that supposedly come with their specialized subs. Same issues every visit.

Rude Employees. Had to walk out. Ask for not toasted, she proceed to put the chicken on the bun. And then when I ask for a new bun, she wouldn't give me one and told me, I said toasted. And that I was wrong. Never delt with such incompetent people in my life.

Started making my 12 inch, suddenly stopped, she put on oven mitts to unload the oven, unloaded 4 trays of bread took her time then touched numerous items including a spray bottle . Using the same glove she proceeded to make my sub , I walked out

Went in, ordered a 12” pizza sub. Informed before they started making it that I wanted it microwaved, not toasted. After the order was complete and paid for, they informed me the microwave wasn’t working. No offer of a refund or alteration.

Know your equipment. If it’s not working, tell me before I pay. Really disappointed and it’s a location I will avoid in the future.
