They don’t follow the standards. Poor and not fresh topics. They should close down. It’s not a subway corporate store.

If you’re craving disappointment wrapped in bread, look no further than this Subway. I asked for sauce like a normal human—what I got was a sandwich so dry, even the Sahara sent its condolences. Asked for pepper, got peppered with apathy instead. The staff member looked at me like I’d just asked her to solve world peace with a footlong. The vibe? Less “Eat Fresh,” more “Take it or leave it, peasant.” Honestly, unless you’re conducting a scientific experiment on flavorless sadness, avoid this place like it’s selling expired tuna.

Don’t even go rather go metro and make ur own sub the lady there will not put the tops u want and will end up giving u a loaf of bread first time I actually felt scammed

Girl that was working there was cleaning and didn’t wash her hands while handling our food. Just put on new gloves. Horrible attitude, and she had her AirPods in while taking our order while talking to someone on the phone. Seriously need to reconsider who you hire as your employees. So disappointed.

I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. The employee was unprofessional and argumentative, which made the ordering process very unpleasant. They were not preparing the food in the standard way, cutting corners on quality and presentation. On top of that, the food itself was subpar—ingredients didn’t taste fresh, and the overall meal was unsatisfactory. I expect better service and quality from Subway and hope this location improves its standards.

Tried to do an online order, waited 20 minutes and never received a confirmation email but the money for the order was still deducted from my bank account and I am now told that there is nothing that can be done

The lady in the store refused us to sit there and dine at 10 pm when the store hours clearly state that it is open till 11 pm.

The worst customer service me and my mom have ever experienced. We asked for our subs after stated we had somewhere to be at 5:00 pm the employee the proceeded to call someone for about 10 minutes. we were late.

Worst customer service experience at this place in Durham region would never recommend anyone to visit this place. There are many better restaurants in the region but this one literally lacks the hospitality. Inexperienced staff and always either breads are out of stock or sauces are finished. There was no option for Zero Star otherwise this doesn't deserve even one star.
Request to the owner to hire some good and experience staff with proper customer service skills.

Long review here…..Found what I thought was mold on the bread of my 6” sub and promptly went back to request a new one. The server explained that it wasn’t mold but was discolouration from water mixing with the grey colour of the bread baking tray. I said that I didn’t want to eat that either as the bread was essentially dyed from the tray and again kindly asked they remake the sub. The server asked the manager and eventually they started making me a new footlong sub (note this wasn’t my original server which made me the first 6” sub, however that server was present and saw that the new sub was a footlong sub). So I assumed this larger sub was to compensate for the inconvenience. After the new sub was made, they said I had to pay for another 6”. They never told me this prior?? I asked why wouldn’t you tell me I had to pay prior to remaking the sub and they avoided the question and said I had to pay for another 6”. I said they could cut the sandwich in half and I’d just take a 6”. I work in customer service and I rarely push back in instances like this so I ended up paying. They gave me a free cookie but overall I wasn’t impressed by this experience. Total lack of communication and not very accommodating.

They tried to only give me a 6 inch when I ordered a foot long on mobile. The staff questioned me as if I was lying, didn’t apologize and said nothing to me when I almost left the store and asked why my bag was so light. They just stared at me and offered 0% customer service. They didn’t say anything to rectify the situation. All it takes is a sorry and for your staff to act like they care even a little bit. The worst customer service I’ve had in 10+ years such a disappointing experience I will visit better locations
