I just walked in to Taco Bell in Whitby off of Thickson Road. I stood at the cash, waiting to be served while 4 women behind the desk wouldn’t even acknowledge my presence. Then a woman walked up, planted herself on the counter like she was everything and they served her right away, leaving me standing there at the cash register waiting to order.It really sucks as I drive out of my way 20 minutes to go to Taco Bell, which I will never do again. You made me feel so inadequate Taco Bell.Very deplorable customer service. Ciao. I will go over to the Oshawa Mall, where they treat every customer with gratitude and appreciation hats off to the staff in the Oshawa Mall Taco Bell.

Fries supreme had like literally nothing on them you might as Eaten plain fries because that’s all it was. It was horrible food And I wouldn’t suggest this place to anybody because they’re always so cheap on their dressings and there tocos look like somthing I vomited!!!???

Assistant manager there is willing to argue with customers who are willing to pay for upgrades. Generally rude and not at all willing to service a customers needs.Even worse - i tried to send an email to customer service and their website doesnt work

Rayna is so rude and disrespectful. I went through the drive through and there was miscommunication. i ordered two crunch wraps and two soft tacos and i was given a meal for two and two quesadillas and when i politely asked for a refund she told me to bring the food back. when i did she refused to refund me for “ Gorditas” which i never ordered which makes absolutely no sense. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. never coming back.
Even though I would go there for lunch with coupon specials only. However, not for a job since Summer of 1990 since the worker called me thinking I should use the deep fryer. However, I rejected the deep fryer job for many reasons since not only I am a special needs man, but also I find this unsafe and a dangerous hazard since Summer of 1990. I think I am better off with the cleaning job long time ago.
