Doesn’t know how to interact with customers. I was a regular customer in this store but the guy named ‘Jay’ is always rude to me I don’t know why. I requested him can you please substitute the toppings and he was so rude about that. A simple I am so sorry I am not allowed would be good. He doesn’t even greet properly and its not only me he is like that to other guests as well. When I asked his name he was like I don’t care if you wanna put the Google review. I also work at a mexican food store and you all will be surprised how we treat our guests there. Anyways , I will Visit the other location now. Highly disappointed

I had an amazing experience at Tahinis located at 4160 Baldwin St S K3, Whitby, ON L1R 3H8.
We ordered a large chicken wrap, a falafel wrap, and a butter chicken bowl, and every dish was absolutely delicious. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the portions were generous. The service was outstanding—friendly, efficient, and attentive. It truly enhanced our visit. This place is a gem, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and excellent service. I bought the Tahini chicken wrap, it taste fresh, warm and juicy however, I noticed that the wrap was not wrapped properly; the end of the pita wrap where you hold was not closed so I wasn’t able to eat properly without the juice coming out so I wasn’t able to enjoy it as I should however the wrap was good.

The night shift guys.. a girl and a young guy were very rude. They usually close at 11 and the website also say's so still they refused to take order at 10:25. First time experience from this Tahini. Lovely little shop, the food is delicious, huge Quantity even in the regular size.
Second order in two weeks. They left the sauces out twice. I didn’t bother the first time but when I called today just to let them know, they ended up yelling and screaming at me for making an issue out of it.
I was surprised, told them we’d catered several times and he shockingly gave me a lecture to check our orders in the future and that it’s our fault.
I rarely write bad reviews, that’s why I called to let them know. But to get yelled at and then hung up on - just speechless.
If the owner is interested in discussing I’m happy to share my experience.

Ordered online at 11:20 am and arrived at the store at 11:35 am done by 11:30 am online .Was told by Vaihubay (the clerk on duty) it would be another 10 minutes which was no big deal. Another gentleman walked ordered and walked out while I had to wait 30 minutes in total for my order. I mentioned this to Vaihubay, the clerk, and was met with a rude and arrogant tone. Will not return based on poor service alone.
