The service and atmosphere is good and they’re pretty quick to make the food. I ordered the general tso and green curry chicken. Unfortunately I found the portions quite small. It’s a lot of rice with little meat. Both meals came with about 6 pieces of chicken. I usually go to the one at the ptc which seems to have bigger portions.

First time ever eating at a Thai express and I was amazed. The vibe in the store and cleanliness was amazing. Pranav did such a good job with welcoming us in and helping with the wide selection. The food we got today was amazing and me and my girlfriend are definitely coming back.

Let me start by saying I love Thai express and have had at many locations. However this location I have tried several times and they just can’t get it right. The spice level is never consistent and they seem to hold back protein portions big time (can I have same amount of chicken in my chicken pad Thai as I get everywhere else). It’s pretty disappointing since I live in area and usually love this place….

I got a pad thai and there is little to no noodles and it tastes way off. More than 3/4 of the box was all bean sprouts and there was barely any thai sauce mixed in. Every other thai express location is fine and is capable of making the dish fine but this Whitby location sucks.

New location great food and great portions.Great management and staff. Got double charged by Uber who refused to refund arguing the order was already received by the kitchen but luckily the store rep called me advising that I had two similar order asked 1 only. After speaking to the owner he offered free items on another day which I greatly appreciated as most store manager do not care on such situation.

The food is awful at this location. Had the basil beef fried rice. Beef was stale and fatty, portions were small, and price was high. Tried it once, and likely never again.
