Excellent and tasty. Very good customers service
Good food, great service
I have had a few dates here brought friends and family here as well. It is a repeat destination for me. Anytime I have the craving of sushi which as you could probably imagine is quite a bit. But there’s a reason why I keep coming back here. The food is amazing. The service is outstanding and the staff put a little bit of their soul and every single sushi roll. Metaphorically speaking. Whenever I pass through Whitby This is one of my Top five destinations in Durham that shuffles through my mind
We tried the Teppanyaki at Villa. The food had great flavor and tasted really good, but the portion sizes could have been more generous for the price. The ambience was just okay—not particularly memorable—but the customer service was excellent and made the experience more enjoyable.
We had take out for the first time today. We got the 3-A sushi platter and OMG! Best sushi we’ve ever had! I’m addicted! I wish I could give 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We all loved it. Will definately go again. Did the tapenaki table for a birthday was not disappointed. Delicious and lots to eat. Great experience.
Dinner was so good tonight as 6 of us enjoyed the Teppanyaki! Great entertainment and the food was spectacular. 5* and highly recommend.
The show is mediocre, but the kids ( especially their first time visit ) love it.

Had an early NYE dinner tonight with friends and our experience was great! The Teppanyaki chef was funny and kept us entertained and the food was delicious! Both couples chose the teppanyaki dinner combo for 2, A and it was so much food; you cannot complain about the portions here! Staff were all friendly and attentive and we were very pleased with our visit. We may make this our annual NYE tradition!

Food is definitely worth the try.
Service not so much.
Table was not attended for most parts.
Would I visit again, don't think so.
Kid-friendliness: I didn't find the staff helpful. Came with a child and they didn't even offer to clear the table after the course.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not sure if they have any accessible seats.

Food was tasty, and filling, and the teppenyaki table was fun. We were pretty squished around the table but good thing we like eachother! The bathrooms were a bit run down and unappealing. Didn't love that 10 of us were expected to be gone in 1.5 hours, as there appeared to be another reservation taken that soon after us. Not much time left for socializing amongst us, but I understand needing to have more bodies come in!

I have never before been hustled to order, eat, get out as at this restaurant. Upon my arrival I informed the staff I was allergic to shellfish. I asked if they would be able to cook the shellfish away from the rest of the food. I was assured this could be done. Again, when the cook began his act, twice he was spoken to about cooking the shellfish away from the other foods. Well, lo and behold, the shellfish was placed next to the meet I would have been partaking of! I refused to take any of that which I ordered since the sizzling was obviously going onto the beef I had ordered. Do not expect a decent serving of veggies! I received 3 chunks of zucchini, a lot of onions and 2 button mushrooms cut in half!! The long and short of this inhospitable experience was a $50 bill for the poorest service I have ever had!! I fail to tell the "hustling". The "1" rating is being generous
Came here to celebrate my sister's birthday and it was a great experience! From the start, Anna was friendly and very helpful with any questions we had. She was super fun 😊
We were at the teppanayaki table with 7 people in our party. I ended up getting sushi which was delicious, and the others all got the teppanayaki. The different meats chosen were scallops, steak, shrimp, chicken and Lamb. I did try my husbands shrimp and Lamb and they were both delicious. I tried a piece of steak also and it was very good. The salad we get at the start is so tasty, especially the dressing it comes with. Our chef Andy was very entertaining, making a fun experience for us all. Definitely worth it to come here for dinner.
Most likely we'll return in the future.
