idk who this woman is but i called the store to enquire about something important, this woman picks the phone up and starts yelling instead of talking normally like a human being, I was shocked and i still was very clam and asked the lady if she could repeat what she said cuz she was yelling for no absolute reason, and this woman goes ahead and hangs up on me. This happened around 2pm. This is absolutely diabolical, how on earth can this person still be employed, cuz from what i have read off of the reviews, this is the same rude person doing this over and over.

I was in to get my morning coffee on Wednesday and I was greeted by a lady that seemed like she didn’t want to be there. She was really rude to me and seemed like I was bothering her. I was the only customer there at the time. I asked her and she did not even listen to me she ignored me and started making annoyed faces at me. she didn’t greet me properly didn’t have a smile on just an overall horrible experience. I would not recommend anyone to go here. Customer service down the drain.

My go to morning place in every weekend morning. Always satisfied with great service and good and warm coffee
I had to bring lots of wipes to clean our table and seats. Cleaning is a regular routine at most Tim's these days because the indoor areas are dirty and people leave their garbage. Btw, the wipes were a disgusting dark grey when I was finished cleaning. Also, vagrants hang out regularly eating outside food. Management should probably coordinate with social services.

AGAIN !!! Didn't get my order - ordered 2 apple fritters got 1 ! They are too busy conversing amongst themselves to bother getting an order even close !!! When I ordered a coffee & had to ask for a stir stick (which are kept behind the counter??) I knew I had to find a new Tims !!!
