I had to bring lots of wipes to clean our table and seats. Cleaning is a regular routine at most Tim's these days because the indoor areas are dirty and people leave their garbage. Btw, the wipes were a disgusting dark grey when I was finished cleaning. Also, vagrants hang out regularly eating outside food. Management should probably coordinate with social services.

I stood there waiting for nearly 15 minutes while the worker was in the washroom. I understand people have stomach problems but 15 minutes plus the time I wasn't even there that people waited and started leaving, not only that but the fruit flies all over their food. It was not pleasant to say the least.

Just came from this location. While waiting in line for service, the 7-8yo boy in front of me had asked counter staff (today at 1:40) for a drink tray. The lady at counter turned to him, put her hands on her hips and said verbatim "how many hands do I have?! You can see I'm making food, when I'm done, you'll get your tray!" She yelled at a kid! In front of other customers and made him feel like he didn't matter. This is child abuse and disgusting behaviour from a grown woman in the service sector. If that were MY kid, I would've taken her head off!
Tim Hortons is a reliable choice for quick coffee and snacks. Consistently good coffee, fresh donuts, and a variety of sandwiches. Service is usually fast and friendly. It's a great spot for a casual meet-up or a quick bite. Loses a star for sometimes being too busy.

Their food and beverages are always good. The only problem I have is when using the drive-thru I often get a server who doesn't understand my order, replies with a heavy foreign accent and I can't understand them! I realize there are a lot of immigrants here and they need jobs too, but it's very frustrating when I speak plain English and they don't know what I'm saying...this has resulted in me getting the wrong order and having to get them to fix it!
