This Tim Hortons and the one down the street from this location has to be ultimately ond of the worst ones going. Between 12pm and 5pm good luck getting a chocolate chip muffin... You just can't. You would think since they sell alot they would make MORE but apparently management and ownership don't care what so ever, no wonder why people are turning away from Tim Hortons.

The order was confirmed on the drive though speaker and still not made right at the window. Two tea is not hard to make. This happens quite often at this location. Put an employee on the headset that can put the order in properly please.

Every time I get a Bowl in this location something is wrong with it. I have found a couple of time bones in the meat of the Chipotle steak bowl and I just ordered a Crispy Chicken Lime and it had no Chicken at all, they forgot to add the chicken, come on, and then you call or come back and they look at you like you are a

I think they interpreted “toast my bagel” as “leave my bagel near something warm and hope for the best”.I can see the smallest tinge of brown, and the rest of them bagel is untouched by heat.It also took 40 minutes. Apparently none of that time went to toasting or that would have been 42 minutes.Get your stuff together Tim’s.

I usually love this place, very friendly, they have supervisor and managers who have been there for a long time and very nice,;but I used drive through today at 9h50am, and the girl who was working was very rude, didn't greet and I said Thank you when she handed me my coffee and she just ignored me. When work in front of customers you need to be nice, say hi to them and thank them too, this is very easy; so please if you can train her on customer service that will help.ThanksLysiane
