Amazing. This is one of the best TimHortons spots in Whitby. Been here a couple of times with friends and family and the service was always great. Shout out to the staff working there. ????
I usually love this place, very friendly, they have supervisor and managers who have been there for a long time and very nice,;but I used drive through today at 9h50am, and the girl who was working was very rude, didn't greet and I said Thank you when she handed me my coffee and she just ignored me. When work in front of customers you need to be nice, say hi to them and thank them too, this is very easy; so please if you can train her on customer service that will help.ThanksLysiane
