Had bad experience, no customer service at all even though it was not busy they took 10 mins to take order, the Supervisor girl Riddhi was not nice needs to be nice in customer service.

I go for order guys said they didn’t accept Amex card but I use my card all location
Employees need to understand ppl go to Tim’s to work for a bit or read while they snack or have a warm beverage. The Indian woman and 2 men yap in their native language and laugh so loud. it is such a disturbance to even have a small conversation. They definitely need customer service training.

I don't mind this location.. but someone at the drive-thru wears waaay too much perfume. My coffee and my car smells of perfume.. imagine my wife gets into my car and smells that... not a fan!
