Tim Hortons has a drive-thru option, but on some occasions, the line can be quite long, causing customers to go inside. However, orders can only be placed through kiosks, which may be challenging for seniors. Counter orders are not accepted, and there are large signs instructing customers to use the kiosks. A customer had an issue with the Uber Eats app, and Robin from Tim Hortons was helpful and quickly resolved the problem. The customer had previously considered this location as a new "go-to" spot, but the kiosk-ordering experience was disappointing.
