There is ALWAYS a long lineup every time. They forgot my sandwich once, I was so pissed. Had my baby in the car too who was sleeping. I just left. I was not going to wake him to go inside or wait another 10 min in line.

Editing this 5 years a lot. Still always a lineup. Takes forever for them to take your order. Slow for no reason

I don't go to Tim Hortons much but this is a garbage location, went while it wasn't busy through the drive through, they didn't have any of the pastry items we wanted. Cookie we got was stale, and the two Biscoff lattes we ordered were incorrect. One had a peppermint taste to it and the other just tasted like coffee. We took one sip and threw the drinks away, absolute waste of money.Also when we went there the staff seemed lost and confused. One of them was not happy to be there and the other looked like he just woke up, better training might help.

Ordered an expensive drink online and when I came to pick it up they told me the machine to make it was broken (which is fine) and when I asked for a refund the worker gave me rude look and told me they couldn’t give me one.

If your machine for a particular item is broken, and you are not able to give out refunds on mobile orders, then why is the item still up on the website? You should take it down so people don’t waste their money on orders they’re not going to receive.

Went inside to order coffee and breakfast. Tim Horton's has lost It's community feel. Sunday morning and the place was empty.
The person who took my order was not smiling or welcoming. She had a hard time understanding me.
Tables were dirty and chairs not pushed in.

Ok coffee and food but not great

Purchased a crispy chicken wrap. I have purchased one at another location and it was quite good. This one was had a very small piece of tasteless chicken and very few ingredients and was lukewarm. It was ready in about 10 seconds and cost over $8.00. I asked for a refund and was given one with no apology. Has the quality of food become that poor? What a shame.
