Incompetent employees in the drive through always messing up my order. Seems deliberate at this point. Every time, at least one component of my order is missing. Some days the extra dip I paid for is missing, while other times I get small fries despite paying for a large serving. This happened 5 times in a row. I cannot dismiss this as a one-off mistake anymore. I could've understood missing something once in a while but 5 times in a row??? There's nothing wrong with the food being served, it's the assembly of the order that always misses.

They almost never follow basic instructions. I always order online so they have a WRITTEN order. I usually order the apple pecan salad with NO blue cheese and I almost always have pick it out.

A little hard to access this location, but still probably my favorite fast food joint. Their ingredients are always fresh and definitely taste less processed than McDonald's. Pricing is what you'd expect, not bad. Also the drive thru wait keeps it feeling like "fast food", unlike tims at any hour of the day. I don't go inside often, but when I do, it's always clean.

Terrible management , also asked for a straw as I don't drink out of cups because people put there hangs all over the lids I understand that they don't use plastic straws but was told management told employees no more straws not even paper ones ,my daughter is small and when she took a drink a bit of ice cube got stuck in her throat because there was no straw unexceptional

This is the grossest Wendy's I've ever been to. Sticky floors, filthy carpet, dirty tables (and not even busy inside at all) no Coke, no Sprite, no ginger ale left in the machine... Not enough lids for all our drinks (and they don't offer straws here either) ... Bathroom was filthy and the one hand drier is broken. Food served was barely warm; the burgers tasted like they were made yesterday and left under a heat lamp for hours... Spicy chicken was hot, but had 3x too much Mayo on it.... Fries were cold and soggy... Dining area is very dingy and cold, as they didn't have the heat turned on either on a cold day. Big time disappointment for lunch with the family. Usually, there's a place in the world for Wendy's... But I'll never return to this run-down location.

Order a double cheeseburger from uber and get this instead...it's not the first time it's like the 5th time. whoever is running this location you suck at ur job and so do your employees. You should all be fired. Also teach your employees to read tickets properly they send the wrong product.

The service here is terrible, it is one thing to have a bad day but to ruin other people’s day is what this staff does. In particular this one lady wich seems to be the manager and she serves everybody has such an annoying, disrespectful and downright terrible attitude. She makes customers afraid to order. I wish I was just the only one but this lady is a mutual topic of conversation when discussing disrespectful staff. She is the reason I go to the McDonalds nearby and not order here although. I really don’t agree with Wendy’s hiring such a disrespectful person and hope this can be resolved perhaps with the code of conduct.

My father in law and I went to this location for a late dinner after we finished working . Our 2 meals took more than 10 mins to prepare . After sitting down to eat we were disgusted by the view of the dinning area , the garbage was overflowing and tables were dirty . I would not recommend this location .

At this Wendy’s, The employees are very kind. The service is amazing. I recently dined here for lunch and my food was ready in minutes, I had the classic Chicken Sandwich and a small frosty! It does get a little crowded, but the line is usually short.

Went there and was told "we don't have any fries". No option of making more or anything, just not available at this location. So I ordered a few junior bacon cheeseburgers and they must have also been out of tomatoes and lettuce cause the burgers didn't have either. Embarrassingly poor quality.

The manager was also incredibly rude throwing the bag of food at me and slamming the window closed before I could even get out a thank you. Reaaalllllyyyy gone down hill in the last couple months.

This place is quite dirty. Tables were gross, fruit flies everywhere, the place felt like it was in disrepair. It looks like it hasn't been renovated since the 90s.

Closing at 9pm means serving people until 9pm. Not closing up and no more food after 830pm. Bad business practice at this location. Either stay open until 9pm or just close at 830pm.
