When the gentleman took my order I felt like he felt annoyed that I was there. He didn’t really listen to me because when my order was ready it wasn’t all there. I told him that I would like 2 orders of nuggets…so then I had to go back to the cash and pay again.
Then when I got home and started to eat, my chili that I ordered was like soup and had absolutely no meat in it at all….very disappointing. I also asked for 2 honey mustard dips and I got 1 was ranch. This is not the first time that I’ve been unsatisfied with this location. I think I’ll change locations now.

I pick up my kids early from school and wanted have lunch with them in Wendy's when I went there one side parking lot covered with the snow and other side is full so decided to go drive thru Ordered chicken wrap kids size I dont know they had only one size but when I ordered I mentioned kid size chicken wrap. They gave me fries and I asked them I ordered wrap. They had a faulty look on me and there are 3 ppl to fix and get the balance money from me. Drive thru wasn't clean enough and slippery no complains as the weather today. But they asked me to park in the front there were no cars in the drive thru and not busy. When I said the parking one side full and otherside covered I was asked to park in little bit further from the window. I saw a car coming from behind. Then decided to go and come back through the window. When I go to the front one gril brought up my order through front door. By the time she came there were 2 empty parking lots and she was saying where you are going there are lot of parking. And very sarcastically asking me you dont know how to park the car? So rude and very bad I wasn't eat from the morning as the buses canceled I drop my kids to school and didn't get a chance to take my break at work.
It happened in Brock and Taunton Wendy's
By 3.18 pm on the 10th of Dec 2025. Manager or owner please train your employees how to talk with the customers i was on a call connected to my car with my friend and my kids were in the back seat they are almost teenagers and I'm so embarrassed

I had the worse experience at this Wendy's ordered pickup went to get my order was told my order was under a different name asked them to read the receipt to check the name only to be told a different name. Was waiting for a hour when I finally got the food it was cold and the name was on the receipt to be picked up by myself when after asking the staff specifically an Indian male he kept giving someone else's name they don't read the receipt and was just being rude poor customer service and illiterate when it comes down to actual service.

Slow, understaffed and must use an automated kiosk to order. Only two kiosks in a fast food place, one broken, no cashier available. What idiot cheated out like this?

Rule 1: lineups for automated services is not acceptable. Go anywhere else.

Went to drive-through, waited five minutes, and no one even answered. People were parked in the parking lot, so I know people working there, and it was well within your working hours. I called the store and no one even answered, whoever is working August 10th at 10 AM 2025 is an incompetent employee and should not be allowed to work, like you are not doing your job at all.
