Trash burrito, way way way to much sauce. It’s like I’m eating soup in a Tortilla. Because it was so wet the tortilla fell apart before I could get halfway through it. Will have to throw this thing out and maybe check out fire house subs next door. Will not be returning here

This location is awesome! The staff are super fast and welcoming, the food is always delicious and ingredients are always fresh, and the app and ordering online makes things super easy too. If I could rate this location higher, I would!

I strongly suggest do not go to this place the managers, obnoxious rude if you call my manager unprofessional has no role compass. He is inhumane. He doesn’t please his customers and very stingy with toppings and you’re paying a lot of money. You’re better off at chipotle.

For the 3rd and last time going... ordered the ground beef burrito went threw the motions of making it and then ordering the extreme chips to be told they ran out of ground beef. How do you run out of ground beef in a place where that is one of your number 1 options? 3 times in a row and never going back again

By far the best barburrito location i have ever been to. Very quick and friendly service. Food is fresh always and portion is generous. I visit every week, sometimes twice. Thank you guys for making my day every time. Highly recommend

We come to BarBurrito because our kids love burritos and this is the closest location to us. However on a few occasions, we were served by the younger guy with thick black framed glasses. He is extremely stingy, the meat/rice spoonfuls are not full when he scoops and when asking for the toppings, he sprinkles them on like there’s a shortage on tomatoes and corn. After asking for more of both, I can literally count less than 10 corn nibblets and tomato pieces.These items are inexpensive in comparison to the meat, it doesn’t make sense to be so stingy and lose customers over this. The owners should really implement a scoop system for the toppings to standardize the ratio and emphasize that it’s a full scoop serving. Another customer made a comment regarding the portion while we were there but the server didn’t seem like he understood he was the one short changing the customer. Hope this review is looked at by the owners, would hate for them to go under because of inexperienced staff.

They are thinking that they are giving us the food for free, not enough portion, just giving too much of lettuce, rest of the vegetables are so less in quantity. I just got 5 pieces of corn and 7 pieces of green pepper ?. Also, the cheese was just half spoon. Unsatisfying

Staff are lazy to put it simply. When the chicken container is near empty, instead of giving a proper portion of protein they literally dab on maybe one or two tiny strips. When I asked for a proper scoop they told me the cost of extra protein. Very unfortunate since at one point, this place actually used to give respectable portions. Save your money, go to Osmows next door.And to the manager who is probably going to respond to me with the same cut and paste “we’re striving to do better” reply, try acknowledging the feedback your customers are giving and come up with a genuine reply. It’ll give your “we’re trying to do better” facade a much better look.

Horrible service. Never getting any BarBurrito from any of their locations ever again.Meat portion is awful and poor value for money. So little meat that I might as well order vegetarian.Put in a mobile order 15 min before arriving. They advised me “5 more minutes” as they didn’t start my order. There was only 1 other person there. They made part of my order and then prioritized making the walk ins vs completing my order. They took an additional 30 minutes to complete my order because they prioritized orders that came in after mine.Since they broke my order up and it sat on the counter. It was partly soggy and cold.

The last three times I’ve ordered through their app I’ve had to wait an additional 45 minutes after the pick up time given to us. We’ve tried to be patient, but 2/3 times the store wasn’t even busy. They just hadn’t bothered to start preparing our order. Food is great, but not worth the hassle. Will stick with Guac Mexi Grill. Only reason they get two stars is because although they don’t have a sense of urgency, their staff are all very pleasant and nice.
