We love the flavors but our visit was such a disappointment. The icecream is semi - melted and I think it’s to make it easier for the staff to scoop. I see the same complaint from other reviews from a month ago. Definitely will not be coming back to this location for a long while.

Always a little dorty but this is 2nd time I came and ordered a shake. First time it was less then top of cup and again today 2nd time and it's still lower then top of cup paying over 10 dollars and they can't fill it up. Pretty disappointing and not coming back to this location again. Saw another client complain about their scoop was less then another basking location they must really be giving less to customers at this branch.

The ice cream at this location is good, however, employees are being pressured to have customers donate money to BGC. While this is fine, one of the employees was very misleading with this and offers a “coupon” but doesn’t tell you the price of it. Although the coupon appears free, it is actually a dollar that is getting donated to BGC. Transparency is essential when you are running a business.

Went in on the weekend the person working was clearly sick she was sneezing into her hand and then continued to make the ice cream cone. As a customer standing infront of you we should not have to ask you to wash your hands before continuing to serve the customer that should come automatically I feel sorry for whoever went in before us because nobody knows how long she's been sneezing into her hand
