On Google and on the door is says it opens at 7am. I have gone several times and a number of times there has been no one there at 715/730am
Very frustrating and unreliable
A typical Booster Juice location, but with the cost of a smoothie nowadays, I can no longer justify supporting this franchise anymore.
I always come here before my work shifts! The workers make my drinks so well its truly a talent. No complaints about that. However, sometimes I see only 1 worker on a busy day and this should be a 2-3 person job! It is stressful and turns off customers.
So slow service , almost made me wanna leave
1 other person in the store when I arrived, ordered 1 drink and a wrap, waited, heard the till go off for a mobile order and another person ordered - all of them got their drinks and left before me.
Nearly $20 paid, took over 25 minutes for the drink and wrap to warm up on the grill (they also forgot it and left it with no timer running). Save you money and avoid this location won't be going back.
Popped in on Sunday March 30th. It's a shitshow. Extremely slow, not focused, disorganized. They all seem new, so maybe don't schedule all new staff on one shift and have someone fast paced and experienced with them. Keep in mind there's 3 people working at the same time. I waited 40 minutes for 2 smoothies.
Employees are always chatting with each other to serve the customer, And for some reason, they always clean the juicer early so when I come to get a orange juice, I have always told that they’ve cleaned the juicer and that they can’t make it for me even though it’s an hour and a half before they close. Also, for some reason, this location is always running out of oranges, Which is kind of unacceptable for a juice bar. Unless the location gets new employees or trains are properly hopefully and regretfully you will close down.
This why I ask for double blended. How can my 2 yearold and 9 yearold drink these when the chunks get stuck in the straw. Ridiculous I want my money back. Just rushing my kid to football or I would have came back for a refund.
Horrible! The worse hail to kale I have ever tasted. All you can taste is apple skin. The whole drink is pink.
Went to get a smoothie and the lady in front of me ordered all was okay until I noticed they didn’t clean the blender in between our orders and my smoothie tasted so off.

I came in to get a juice and the two girls one chinease and the other younger with glasses told me they already cleaned the juicer and can't serve me, this is one hour before they closed. I literally begged them to make me a juice and they kept saying how they can't because they washed the juicer. Horrible customer service that's for sure. Lost a customer.

Asked for blueberries to be added to my drink, was charged extra for it.
Paid for an extra scoop of whey protein, when my drink was blended the excess in the blender was thrown away, waste of my money along with the business. Some coaching on portion control may be needed, will be avoided

I get smoothies at this location everyday. I came in at 7:30 pm asked for what I order everyday. I noticed the lady didn't put in yogurt, I asked if she could put it in. She said no I already put it away I said what time do you close she said 9 pm and I said it's only 7:30 your cleaning up already she said do you want me to put it in and I said yes she gave me attitude and walked over to the fridge just had to take it out and take a the wrap off the top and scoop it out came back and gave me a dirty look and walked off, I am so pissed right now spent so much money at this place over the years and get treated like a garbage by your employee ridiculous. I didn't say anything because my son died last week and I didn't want to explode on this younge lady. You need to teach your staff how to deal with customers and not ne packing up to go home 1.5 hrs before close. I never gave a bad review to any company but after my loyalty and years spending money here I am very upset with what just happened
I ordered for the first time this past week. The achai drink…however, I noticed the guy and the girl behind the counter were too busy talking to care about the customer. Plus, the girl had no hairnet on. Afterwards, I went home be drank the achai drink…however, I ended up throwing up…I suggest the owner correct his employees…otherwise, he may shut down early, sorry to say…Thanks.
