I’m gonna be very honest here. WATCH OUT FOR THE SERVER FRANK. I usually never leave reviews unless someone give great service and deserves a great review or unless I leave with a terrible experience. Yesterday night my family and I went to the Boston pizza in stouffville. As soon as I walked in i remember the waiter that served my family and I just a few years back. I right away told my family that we need to make sure and double check the bills because the waiter that is serving us had scammed my father and uncle previously. He overcharged my uncle and charged my dad both the bills when we were splitting it. But we sat down and we ordered our food. As we were waiting extra long for our food, the manager was extremely understanding and offered us a 15% discount for the over cooked food and the long wait. The waiter brought the food and forgot to serve my side and I had to ask the manager. He forgot our cutlery too, so again we had to ask the manager. We didn’t even have water at our table until asked. When I went to pay, I asked to pay specifically for what I was ordering and I mentioned to him that the manger said we get the discount. He said “no no I can’t”, because we used coupon, so we don’t get any discount on the rest of the food. I had to wait for the manager to talk to him about it and then he said that I still would get the 15% off as promised and when the manger refunded the money back to me in cash Frank stared at the $5 bill as if he lost something from his paycheque or something. He kept passing glances at me while talking bad to the manger about my family. He even made a comment about our Pakistani friends saying that he was “a bad guy” and because the rest of us were Indian and Sri Lankan. This was truly the most disgusting experience I’ve ever had. I can’t believe that I had such bad experiences not once but twice and that we remember the server from his terrible service and dishonesty. He might be a person of colour but truly he is racist to his own kind. He happily served people of no colour that came after us and we waited for extended periods of time. TRULY HATE FRANK AND HIS SERVICE. God sees evil deeds done and karma is there. I’m here to warn others from being scammed like us. I will take this to higher authority as this hasn’t happened one or two times. Plus if you read other have also had some opinions of Frank and I don’t know why he hasn’t been fired.

I had one of the worst experiences at Boston Pizza recently, and I feel really disappointed — especially because of how we were treated by our server, Frank.

We were seated and had to wait about 10 minutes just to get water. After finally placing our order, we waited almost an hour for our food. Thankfully, the manager came by and kindly offered a 15% discount off our bill to make up for the long wait, which we really appreciated at the time.

But when it came time to pay, things got really uncomfortable. We had two separate bills — my sister paid first, and the manager told her the 15% discount would be applied. But then Frank, our server, came over and started arguing about it. He said we couldn’t get the discount because we had used a coupon for free dessert, as it was my friend’s birthday. That made no sense, because the manager had already promised the discount. It felt like Frank was just trying to deny us the discount for no good reason.

What really crossed the line was when Frank started talking badly about us to the manager right in front of us. He said things like, “They already used a coupons, why are you giving them a discount?” He also made comments on my friend’s race and called him “a bad guy”. It was rude, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. We were shocked to be treated like that, especially by someone who’s supposed to be providing customer service.

The manager still gave us the discount, and was as nice as possible, making our experience bearable.

We left feeling frustrated, embarrassed, and honestly kind of scammed. We won’t be returning to this location if Frank is working there. This was not how customers should be treated!

I agree with every comment on here about the worst waiter FRANK.

If someone deserves not to work- it’s FRANK. He did not attend to our table, did not care about us, made insulting jokes.

I am usually a big tipper, but after FRANKs disgusting service, I decided to tip the absolute minimum. The manager and other staff wee so friendly, Frank is the worst.

He specifically treats people of colour the worst.

The experience I had was extremely disappointing. First of all, took so long to get the order, however the manager was so nice and offered us 15% off. But I have to say, the waiter FRANK, he’s the worst ever. He is a scammer, my family has gone there several times, and when he’s doing the bill, someone is always overcharged.

My family and I used coupons we got on the Boston Pizza app, and when we paid the bill, we asked Frank to apply our 15% off as the manager said so, and he refused as he said we used too many coupons already. The manager was so kind, he came after and fixed our receipts and gave us money back as he promised the 15% all while Frank was talking bad about us, in front of us to the manager, saying we used coupons and we shouldn’t be getting 15% off.

Like the 15% off was for the long wait time, the fact that they forgot to give my sister a garlic bread with her pasta, and no cutlery or water was at the table until we asked the manager.

Frank also asked us our race, and when we said my friend was Pakistani he said “oh so you’re a bad guy” - so disrespectful.

I promise we are never going here again. Whoever that manager is, hats off to you.

But as long as Frank works at Stouffville, I promise you I will not go.

Came here recently for takeout. The Thai chicken wrap basically had no Thai chili sauce and the pasta was not edible as it was so dry...there was barely any sauce that by the time we got home we couldn't even eat the pasta. Worst pasta I have had. I have had this from numerous BP locations, and this was my worst experience.
I have eaten dine in before at this location a few years ago and no complaints with the food those times. Anyways I was disappointed this time, so I likely won't be back as it's too expensive to be inedible.

Yikes this place is far from welcoming… my friends and I came in when it was hella dead on UFC night and got snapped on by the staff there. There was what could have been a misunderstanding between one of our friends and the server. Our friend simply tried to get the server’s attention and there server took it the complete wrong way. Instead of attempting to speak to us and come to an understanding they simply started raising their voices, and gesturing us out.

We tried to speak to them and apologize if we offended someone but they weren’t even willing to hear us out. One lied to us and tell us he was the general manager and he didn’t need our business. I attempted to speak to one directly and was cut off by the angry server who was yelling at everyone who was trying to come to a resolution.

We were a group of 8 and wanted to be able to enjoy the UFC fight and some food. That location was so dead, I dont understand how such a place can afford to have such poor customer service especially on a very dead night and as our group was trying to come to a resolution and apologize for anything that we could have done to offend someone. I’ve enjoyed Boston Pizza at different locations on several occasions and this was the first and only time I regret stepping in to this establishment. I thought that we were helping out and enjoying one of our all time favourites, guess not.

If you looking for a welcoming place to eat that’s open late, I suggest going anywhere else.

Not to pleased with my take out order, got the new brisket mac and cheese and that’s all the brisket I got -_-. I got shafted.

Also Frank needs some professional training, he’s in the back cursing loud enough for everyone to hear, also the phone rang and the guy says pizza pizza what can I get for you. He’s very unprofessional.

Placed an order on uber eats at 10:45, they accepted the order and it said preparing order on the app. The restaurant closes at 12. My uber driver went to pick it up and they closed the restaurant without notifying me or the uber driver. I waited over an hour for the food just for them to cancel it an hour later with no compensation. Ridiculous, never ordering or eating from here again. Lack of consideration for peoples time.

Our server was courteous and cheerful. I give her full marks in dealing with our group of 14 people.
The food on the other hand was not as impressive. It may be me but I did see anything eye-catching on the menu and ended up ordering the spaghetti and meatballs. I remember BPs pasta dishes to be much better (I really liked their big lasagna which is no longer on the menu), but the sauce lacked flavour and the cheddar cheese made it seem like some weird Italian-Canadian fusion cuisine that did not work.
We sat in the dining room and there were a lot of TVs playing the Raptors game, so I could look in any direction and see the score. Our section was tight but it was a large group and we would not normally be there with that many people. I am impressed that they were able to accommodate a large group in their regular dining room.
Overall I would go back to watch the game with some buds and have some appies and pops, but I don't think I will go back for the mains.

We had a short visit to this location and i was not happy the building is not mobility disable people friendly.

May self and a friend had to walk all our the building to enter into. I did my friend had to enter by the take out counter the lady there gave him an easy way to enter.

We asked for one french onion soup and it was disgusting to see we send it back and even read the description of the plate to the server and he just said thats the way ee did it here. He takes it back and brings it back with a bit better presentation. He was kind and takenit out of the recipt

Any way the main thing here is to keep the standard of your menu or change your cook.

One of my guests asked for more honey for the tea server and told her you don't need more There's still some in your container, That was rude. He ends up bringing more but leaves some bad taste on our night.

Some one need more training here.
