Not to pleased with my take out order, got the new brisket mac and cheese and that’s all the brisket I got -_-. I got shafted.

Also Frank needs some professional training, he’s in the back cursing loud enough for everyone to hear, also the phone rang and the guy says pizza pizza what can I get for you. He’s very unprofessional.

Will not be ordering again

Placed an order on uber eats at 10:45, they accepted the order and it said preparing order on the app. The restaurant closes at 12. My uber driver went to pick it up and they closed the restaurant without notifying me or the uber driver. I waited over an hour for the food just for them to cancel it an hour later with no compensation. Ridiculous, never ordering or eating from here again. Lack of consideration for peoples time.

Our server was courteous and cheerful. I give her full marks in dealing with our group of 14 people.
The food on the other hand was not as impressive. It may be me but I did see anything eye-catching on the menu and ended up ordering the spaghetti and meatballs. I remember BPs pasta dishes to be much better (I really liked their big lasagna which is no longer on the menu), but the sauce lacked flavour and the cheddar cheese made it seem like some weird Italian-Canadian fusion cuisine that did not work.
We sat in the dining room and there were a lot of TVs playing the Raptors game, so I could look in any direction and see the score. Our section was tight but it was a large group and we would not normally be there with that many people. I am impressed that they were able to accommodate a large group in their regular dining room.
Overall I would go back to watch the game with some buds and have some appies and pops, but I don't think I will go back for the mains.

We had a short visit to this location and i was not happy the building is not mobility disable people friendly.

May self and a friend had to walk all our the building to enter into. I did my friend had to enter by the take out counter the lady there gave him an easy way to enter.

We asked for one french onion soup and it was disgusting to see we send it back and even read the description of the plate to the server and he just said thats the way ee did it here. He takes it back and brings it back with a bit better presentation. He was kind and takenit out of the recipt

Any way the main thing here is to keep the standard of your menu or change your cook.

One of my guests asked for more honey for the tea server and told her you don't need more There's still some in your container, That was rude. He ends up bringing more but leaves some bad taste on our night.

Some one need more training here.

We went just before 6pm for dinner tonight 10/19/24, we were seated right away, dining area was 1/2 full . No one came to greet us or take our order for about 10 to 15 mins. It was the GM that took our order, he brought our drinks and never checked on us again. Then we waited for over 20/25mins when our food arrived - single order wings, square mushroom pizza it was cold!!! The cheese on the pizza was not even melted through, the wings were cold not even warm. Its given both myself and husband nausea ans vomiting and the runs aka food poisoning!!!!

We were hungry from cleaning all day I'm 9 months pregnant and ate out of hunger, now sick from it.

Definitely would not recommend this location. Horrible experience server brought us our bill didn't even ask how it was. Trying to find a server to say our food was cold was like a needle in a hay stack!

Tbh if I wanted cold food i could have picked up a frozen pizza and wings! $75 of wasted food, we have to throw out the left overs.

We've been waiting for 20 minutes to get the drinks ordered. 30 minutes more for four basic meals. The place had five tables occupied.
When the food finally arrived it was undersized and tasted rushed, undercooked and the burger almost raw.

My girlfriend and I have been to this location a few times, and every time is progressively worse. This last visit took the cake, we were sat at our table and ignored for 15 minutes. After waiting we asked the hostess if anyone was gonna take our order, she said yes and disappeared. After waiting another 4 minutes we just got up to leave and that's when the waitress decided to acknowledge our presence. So we left without even having our order taken.

went in a little while ago for a water and napkins, the front lady at the take out desk was so kind, I don’t know her name but she had medium length black hair.

Everyone is great here and I would give them 5* but it feels like they are always under staffed and running around. There’s been times we waitress 15+ minutes to get menus. More of management issue imo.
