Everyone is great here and I would give them 5* but it feels like they are always under staffed and running around. There’s been times we waitress 15+ minutes to get menus. More of management issue imo.

Frank makes our experience a joy. He is always very friendly and goes out of his way to make sure we have a great time. He is mindful of our dietary restrictions etc. Boston Pizza in and of itself is not a favourite spot but Frank has made us regulars!

The food on the other hand was not as impressive. It may be me but I did see anything eye-catching on the menu and ended up ordering the spaghetti and meatballs. I remember BPs pasta dishes to be much better (I really liked their big lasagna which is no longer on the menu), but the sauce lacked flavour and the cheddar cheese made it seem like some weird Italian-Canadian...
