The staff are always nice and friendly. The place is clean, and the food is fresh with healthy options. The teriyaki bowl is my favorite — it’s always delicious! I usually order from Uber Eats and pick it up myself, and it’s always ready on time. Sometimes they have great promotions, which are really good deals. I’ll definitely be going more often! Thanks

I usually enjoy coming here, but today’s visit was disappointing. The old woman who works there made my order and she didn’t get it quite right — the smoothie was watery and the toppings were very less. I hope the quality improves.

Absolutely terrible service, will not be returning. As a regular customer for a long time, I'm incredibly disappointed with the service I received. I've always enjoyed Freshii, but my recent experience has completely changed my mind. An employee named Nasim was extremely aggressive and unprofessional. I simply asked to make a few minor changes to my salad. She started shouting at me, insisting I order a custom bowl instead, which would have cost more. When I didn't agree, she told me to get out of the store and said she wouldn't serve me anymore. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. No customer should be treated this way. Thankfully, a different employee ended up making my order, and they were very nice. However, the initial interaction with Nasim was so bad that I won't be coming back. This is the first time I've ever had a problem here, but it was a serious enough issue to lose a long-time customer.

I had wrote a google review and they got in touch with me about giving me a free bowl (so I deleted it) for their poor customer service. I still don't see the points for it and they also lack integrity. I've been a regular customer for over 2 years, wrote a review about one of their newer associates who was giving me a hard time and attitude absolutely for no reason. She even told me never to come back. They wrote a complete lie about me and I still didn't receive a response nor the free bowl.

Kai is the best employee ever! They always put so much care into the bowl and are incredibly friendly, kind and helpful! Kai always greets me with a smile, excellent service and sometimes a compliment (especially if I'm wearing my pokemon hat). Every freshii needs an employee as wonderful as Kai!
