July 14 @ 5pm. I ordered two of the rib&chicken combos. I asked to add an extra chalet sauce, and to make sure it is actually the chalet sauce because last time I got charged an extra chalet sauce and when I got home I got sour cream instead. The lady said it already came with chalet sauce, I said yes I know, I would like to add AN extra chalet sauce. When I got my ordered and receipt. I was charged for two chalet sauce. The poor kid at the window tried to fix it by offering to refund the price of a chalet sauce. I said don't worry about it, it just frustrating to order from someone that doesn't know what they are doing. Food and atmosphere always 5 star but the service keeps going downwards.

We ordered a dinner take out, of two Angus burgers and fries; it was all very tasty with very good service!!
We chose respective trimmings, which were added as requested.
Our food was simply delicious, as the burgers, Angus, and regular ones were cooked to be juicy and flavourful. The chicken wrap was also cooked to be juicy. The french fries were done to perfection, being both crispy and juicy, with lovely flavours. Harvey's deserves 10 out of 10 for food quality, attention to adding of the trimmings, and overall meal experience.
Being the May long weekend, we happily returned on the Saturday, and tried other burger choices with fries, and once again, we were appreciating Harvey's Stouffville for its excellence overall in food quality and in service. Thank you 🇨🇦

Mostly go through the drive-thru and I do end up waiting longer than usual but every time, the food is great! I won't speak for anyone but I'll happily wait if it means the food comes out as good as it does. Thankful to have a well serviced Harvey's in Stouffville, keep it up!

fried pickles on a poutine, its nice but it would be better to have an option to have the fried pickles on the side other than on top of it. Maybe its nice to have it for dine in but not for takeout or delivery, fried pickles becomes too soggy

Harvehhhs is the best place to get slushies in the area
Burgers and fries were cooked great. Service was great as well. Enough staff were on that day compared to the other Harvey’s I’ve been to. Staff are friendly with smiles on their face. There is one person that stood out in my experience. This teenager kid his name is Aiden. The guy is a pro putting all toppings on top of the burgers. I must say he has a “surgeon’s hands”. He is so meticulous and neat in topping up burgers even though it was a busy day. Nice looking burgers equals delicious burgers. We dined in that day. I think the ambiance was superb as well. There was a soft music playing in the background. I’ve never experienced any other Harvey’s like that! Reminded me of Lime Rickey’s back in the day with hits from 50’s 60’s 70’s. Keep up the good work. Will definitely visit this chain again and I’m 30 km away from it lol.
