Mostly go through the drive-thru and I do end up waiting longer than usual but every time, the food is great! I won't speak for anyone but I'll happily wait if it means the food comes out as good as it does. Thankful to have a well serviced Harvey's in Stouffville, keep it up!

fried pickles on a poutine, its nice but it would be better to have an option to have the fried pickles on the side other than on top of it. Maybe its nice to have it for dine in but not for takeout or delivery, fried pickles becomes too soggy

Great tasting Angus burgers. Toppings were fresh and plentiful. Friendly staff
Burgers and fries were cooked great. Service was great as well. Enough staff were on that day compared to the other Harvey’s I’ve been to. Staff are friendly with smiles on their face. There is one person that stood out in my experience. This teenager kid his name is Aiden. The guy is a pro putting all toppings on top of the burgers. I must say he has a “surgeon’s hands”. He is so meticulous and neat in topping up burgers even though it was a busy day. Nice looking burgers equals delicious burgers. We dined in that day. I think the ambiance was superb as well. There was a soft music playing in the background. I’ve never experienced any other Harvey’s like that! Reminded me of Lime Rickey’s back in the day with hits from 50’s 60’s 70’s. Keep up the good work. Will definitely visit this chain again and I’m 30 km away from it lol.

Ghost pepper was punched in as garlic mayo. They dont sound close to the same thing. People who don't speak English shouldn't be taking orders. No napkins either.
This is an awesome Harvey’s. First time coming here and Tabitha took my order and garnished my wrap as well. She was super nice and had great customer service. Will definitely come back when I’m in the area

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent order from Harvey's. Not only did I receive the wrong item, but it was given to me completely smashed and broken. This experience has left me feeling very unsatisfied, and I'm sorry to say that I won't be returning to order from Harvey's again.

Staff were pleasant for the most part, it was a busy day for them.Recommendation: Perhaps, there can be step included to quickly check the meat. Or simply touching base with your staff. Not expecting the world because it’s fast food but expecting the hamburger to be fully cooked is a fair thing to ask regardless if it was busy or not.
