Date: Mar 2ndExperience: Hamburger Meat was under cooked, the texture was mush when you bite into it. After one bite i threw it out. Staff were pleasant for the most part, it was a busy day for them.Recommendation: Perhaps, there can be step included to quickly check the meat. Or simply touching base with your staff. Not expecting the world because it’s fast food but expecting the hamburger to be fully cooked is a fair thing to ask regardless if it was busy or not.

To the new staff - thank you for being such a gen alpha and get mad when I ask for more than three onions on my hot dog then proceed to add fifteen jalapeños when I asked for them on the full hot dog. All the other children working were bumping into each other and screwing up orders on the drive through and door dash. They ignored us for ten plus minutes after asking for well done onions rings which were already cooked and in their container but dumped back into the fryer. Was put out under the heat lamp and ignored for another ten minutes. Disgraceful On a Saturday night when not too busy and the regular workers are off. Shame on you.

Ordered through the app and walked into the store to the workers still making my order. I got home and expected a fresh hot meal, but was faced with every single item I ordered on a 30+ dollar meal to be ice cold. Every member in my family complained so I decided to call the store. I told whomever I was on call with my experience and was then placed on hold for 20 minutes. I re-called and I was speaking to the shift manager at the time. When I told her the issue, she immediately got defensive of her staff and claimed that the food was made fresh. The only solution she offered was to come back to the store with my food and then she would decide if we could get a replacement. At this point, we were unhappy with our service and just wanted a refund but were told we had to wait to call the owner. I did not get an apology at all and was only met with an accusatory tone from the store manager making it seem like I was lying about my complaint. I took the issue to corporate as the customer service at this location is not helpful at all.

I went through the drive thru on 12/26/2023. It took a bit longer than expected but the staff remained polite and was apologetic.The food was delicious as always. Great work!

The customer service provided by the team tonight at Harvey’s went above and beyond! We ordered 2 poutines but the order was misheard and had to be remade. Immediately the staff made it right, apologized profusely, and kept us updated with when it would be ready. When it was ready, they apologized again and gave us 2 free pies. Considering how close to closing time it was, and everything going on in the world right now, it was surprising to have had such a genuine customer-conscientious experience. We greatly appreciated it and highly recommend this location! Thanks again.

The food portion is good but the freshness is not there as the sandwiches and fries were cold by the time we drove off from the drive-through.Vegetarian options: There is veggie burgers and fries from what I saw, not sure if there were more options.
Hotdogs over cooked bun was not fresh and since when dud a hot sandwich come on sliced toast bread and not on a bun.

It was a VERY SIMPLE order and it was done wrong!!!I asked for no ketchup only tomatoes and lettuce on one of the burger…But they added on ketchup but not the lettuce. And the other burger has no lettuce. Not sure if they run out of lettuce or what! If that was the case they could just inform me. The restaurant wasn’t busy…very disappointed!!!

It was a VERY SIMPLE order and it was done wrong!!!I asked for no ketchup only tomatoes and lettuce on one of the burger…But they added on ketchup but not the lettuce. And the other burger has no lettuce. Not sure if they run out of lettuce or what! If that was the case they could just inform me. The restaurant wasn’t busy…very disappointed!!!

Quality of produce is lacking here, tomatoes always seem mushy and rotten.Pop machine area is filthy and needs deep clean, tons of flies around this machine.Aside from that burgers are what you'd expect from a Harvey's.Drive through here always seems to move at a snails pace.
