Decent for a quick craving, but wish there was more variety on the menu compared to other AYCE sushi places. We also went for a weekday dinner and there weren't many tables, but the sashimi consistently took long to arrive.
I went there on a weekday for a late lunch. The restaurant was not too full and for an all you can eat sushi restaurant the food was pretty good. The ordering was easy and efficient with tablets for each table. If you are in Stouffville and hankering for sushi this is a worthwhile restaurant to try out.
Consistent quality for my sushi fix. Cash discount is also a huge plus for me!
The service here is superior ! The staff are so friendly and attentive. This place is so kid friendly, they make kiddie chop sticks and have cute plates and kids water cups.
We normally enjoy having family dinners at Maki Zushi and frequently dine there. Tonight I was greatly disappointed with the overall service. My husband and daughter ordered their sushi, while my son and I ordered vegetarian things we enjoy. Very quickly, my daughter and my husband’s order arrived and very soon after that their second order ordered arrived. We politely asked if they could check on the rest of our order. Within minutes, my son’s order was finally brought out. My order was nowhere to be seen. After about 5 more min, my simple order finally arrived. I do understand that the restaurant was very busy, but that doesn’t mean I can’t feel disappointed that my order was less important than the sushi orders.
The sushi was amazing and great service.

They have an all you can eat sushi but I've never gone for that. Always good food. Good service. The restaurant can be a little chilly so bring a sweater.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. I'm not a sushi eater, but I came here with some friends who are.
They really enjoyed their sushi and raved about how fresh it was. I had the shrimp tappenyaki, which was amazing.
Service was great, and prices were affordable.
I will definitely be coming back.
Great prices for kids AYCE!

The food was excellent and the service was great. The only thing was we said we were doing all you can eat and there was 2 of us; they gave us a small table. Normally, this would be fine but we did say we were doing all you can eat - ended up with my plate off to the side, in order to accommodate all the food. That's the reason for only 4/5. There were a couple of 6 people empty tables and a table of 4 just left so they could have moved us.

The food was average, the service was bad, I raised my hand three times but was ignored, the waitress just stood there motionless, she must have been daydreaming while working.
