This location is so busy and always short staff so expect long wait, wrong order, missing item, etc. Staff are clearly working hard, owners please understand you will lose more than you save if you don't start hiring more.

Visited this McDonald’s on Sunday evening (June 29 around 8 PM). This is one of the best McDonald’s locations I’ve ever been to when it comes to both food quality and customer service.
Huge shoutout to Aida, Leovie and Kimberly for their incredible service! They were friendly, fast and so agile in handling everything during a busy time. They know how to run the show and keep things moving smoothly while still making customers feel seen and appreciated.
Food came out hot, fresh and exactly how we ordered it. You can tell the team here really cares about doing things right.

I just heard the special on the radio to purchase gift cards worth $25 and get a free Mc Chicken / Big Mac coupon. Guess what, they said they don't have the coupons anymore. I wanted 3 GCs with the added incentives. But I guess it's not happening as of right now.

One of the most irritating and incomptable staff members, they are not properly trained and Does not know how to help the clients, I went for the breakfast meal Every morning I go there and Enjoy the meal but these Guys doesnt know how to deal with the clients, I would never recommend going to this McDonalds, GOWRY is the person who is totally irresponsible and Doesnt know how to manage, She is charging me extra for things I dont even bought.

Will give zero star if I can. Worst McDonald ever, waited for 40 min for my meal, which is crazy enough! I’ve never waited for this long for food even at night end restaurant!!!! Then I finally got my food and got home just to find out that they messed up my order and didn’t give me sauce for my chicken nuggets. While I was waiting there a lady went in and told the store she got home and found out they didn’t give her the happy meal she ordered so she went back for it. So it seems that I’m not the only one who’s got their order messed. Will not go back and if anyone’s reading this review pleas go sometimes else. This is not the only time they messed up my order!!!!!!

It’s not like I ordered a fish filet or a sausage and egg.
I don’t understand how they don’t have these things ready to do during dinner on a Saturday. Incredibly mismanaged. management is always in such a bad mood.

2. Just got parked for hasbrowns. It’s 8am. How do they not have hashbrowns? Who’s running this place?
3. Just got parked for a Big Mac and 2 cheeseburgers. It’s 1:20pm. Guy offered a coupon for my inconvenience and told me he was going to put it the bag. Bag comes and no coupon. Come on guys.
4. It’s dinner time. Got parked for an order of large fries.

Ordered a small 3 snack wrap meal at the drive through, no matter what you order they make you park your car. Fast food drive through should not make you park at all. May as well go inside at that point. Useless.
