The food was great as always—that’s why my kid and I love McDonald’s. But I had a really disappointing experience with the service. I was in the Walmart McDonald’s Stouffville at Sunday afternoon around 12-1pm having my lunch when this happened. There was one staff member named Jonathan (not sure if he’s a manager or crew), and he was extremely rude. I simply asked about the habanero sauce that was missing from my order, and instead of assisting politely, he accused me of lying and even inspected my bag to check if it was there! That was embarrassing and uncalled for. And then he had the nerve to say, “It’s okay”? No, Jonathan—it’s NOT okay. You need to treat customers with respect. McDonald’s is about good food and good service, but your attitude really ruined the experience.

The absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, but I think the staff are either overwhelmed or incompetent, there's no in between. The highest rate of messed up orders is here. Several delivery orders were missing fries, we had a happy meal with no food, just sauce a toy and napkins... The kids were NOT happy. They also manipulate the orders, marking them as completed, and when I walked up to ask for the order, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Franchise needs to tighten up on management here.

Very disappointed with the service. Asked for assistance to wiping down a table, got brushed off by the first "manager" with the "ok ok" then turned his back to play with vinegar packs, asked the second "manager" and she said there's no rags, not sure how that's possible for an establishment of this scale, then she proceed to ask "isn't there a spray bottle outside?". I was not aware cleaning the tables were a customer's responsibility. In the end I wiped the table down myself. Absolutely disappointed in the staff.

This place doesn't accept my $50 for a $5 order. The reason is they only have a couple $5 at the cashier and it is a big bill for small order. BS! A business can't have enough change for $45, may as well close.

Had an issue and got great service from Justine who called me and showed how much she cared. She listened and totally understood what happened and was super great in fixing the issue didn’t expect that. Shows management there do care about their customers thanks again Justine. I hope I am spelling your name correct!!
