Ordered subs from here and found glass in my sub while eating. Cut my gums. We had ordered 5 subs and had to throw them all away since we didn’t know if glass was in all of them. And would only be refunded the one sub.

Good service had a good experience.. I had an amazing experience at Mr. Sub! The service was super quick and everything was done with such friendliness. The manager mahenur was absolutely awesome. she’s fast, professional, and has such a positive energy that makes the whole place feel welcoming. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend visiting here if you want great food with even better service!

Frist off the bread stuck to the mats in the proving oven on all 3 subs. Did they get new ones? No, so by the time we got home (5min) the subs were so soggy and not reall y edible.

I went on Friday, the girl there was just at the back, using her phone while there was a guy working at front struggling in making orders, she didn’t have any respect towards her job duty to help him in the lunch rush. I mean why do you guys even hire such people. Even on Wednesday, a guy was working in the front alone while the girl was using her damn phone ,on a call, laughing as if she didn’t come to work instead she came to relax. I am tired of seeing such attitude in people. I used to come 4 days a week during my break. But now it takes too long to get one Sub ready just because some employees want to use their phones during the lunch rush. What a terrible customer service never ever coming back

I love this place and the subs are great but as always today went to get a sub in my lunch break which is 30 mins and the drive there is only 20 mins so I usually have 10 mins to get sub that is why i go in lunch hours because there are always 2 people on to help me . But today there was just a guy making sub & no other employee. So I decided to wait! And while waiting the another employee came , she saw me waiting she noticed me and she came in just ignored me waiting and left as if my time didn’t matter! Other mr sub get my sub ready in 2 mins maximum. I understand there was just one guy and he was busy with other customer in front of me in my line but she had no reasons to leave me hanging and ignore my time like dat . I got a late notice by my boss because i got late because of her negligence ! I am getting subs here from last few years and smh ! Disappointed !!!

So i usually go after the gym to get a tuna sub on fridays. I usually dont leave bad reviews but this place is not like how it used to be.
The workers have not been trained properly. First off the bread is stale and hard, they only had white bread at 4pm.
Secondly, the worker has not been taught how to make a tuna sub. He put the cheese veggies and sauce in first. Then attempted to put the tuna. And jus closed it as is. There were spots wid no tuna and some spots with chunks of tuna. Then when i asked to spread the tuna evenly he was about to used his FINGER. I stopped him and said dont you have a knife and he proceeded with the knife. He was just in a rush even though there were no customers behind me.
Then he had the audacity to tell me when i close the sub it will spread out evenly. HAHAHAHAHAHA. I laughed then just paid for the sub and left.

Owners this is a message to you. When you hire workers make sure they actually care about the job and not just there for a paycheck. Secondly, train them properly not just put them in there, cause clearly noone has showed him how to make a tuna sub. How u putting the veggies first.

Went to Mr Sub tonight as I was really wanting a sub. After waiting about 5 minutes with no employee in sight I finally rang the bell as another customer had come up for Coffee Time. She asked if it was ok if she made him his coffee first. Ok I said. Then another Coffee Time customer walked up and she started his order? I was there first?? I just walked out. Probably won’t go back there again!

I had a free sub on my birthday at mr sun but this location doesn’t have a scanner so I was unable to reedeem my free sub on the app and since this mr sub doesn’t have a scanner which it should if it’s a franchise.

I've never been disappointed at a Mr. sub before. Microwaved meatballs but everything else cold. The atmosphere wasn't terribly inviting with the other employee's body language clear that he didn't want to be there. When another customer asked what bread they had, he just pointed at a tiny sticker with the options. And $2.39 for a strip of cheese.It's a gas station Mr. Sub and the quality makes that clear.

Had to ring bell a couple of times. Guy Saunders out like he's on a Sunday stroll. Took his sweet time making my smoked meat sub. I'm surprised it didn't go moldy because of the time he took to make it. Not friendly whatsoever. I'll only go back because it's close to my work. Not a good experience
