I love this place and the subs are great but as always today went to get a sub in my lunch break which is 30 mins and the drive there is only 20 mins so I usually have 10 mins to get sub that is why i go in lunch hours because there are always 2 people on to help me . But today there was just a guy making sub & no other employee. So I decided to wait! And while waiting the another employee came , she saw me waiting she noticed me and she came in just ignored me waiting and...

I had a free sub on my birthday at mr sun but this location doesn’t have a scanner so I was unable to reedeem my free sub on the app and since this mr sub doesn’t have a scanner which it should if it’s a franchise.

Ive been going to this mr sub since it’s opened and ever since Sandeep joined the team it’s been amazing service. We typically have a complex order with 3-6 subs each weekend and he managed to memorize my order only a after a few times. His service is top notch and always puts a smile on the customers face. Always look forward to seeing the boss sandeep and chatting. He is absolutely fantastic!!!!
