Osmow's Shawarma

Worst experience ever, they don't bother to fix their door.
The employees look like they were being forcefully put to the job.

At least get the tap working properly in the washroom.

Barely any water comes out of that tap.

Me and my friend ordered the walking shawarma and asked for hot spice level. We started eating it and it was more than hot. Me and my friend were out of breath from how spicy it was. It tasted like the suicide spice level and when it was mixed the shawarma was bright red.

This restaurant is a scam. I placed an order through Uber last night, and right after I did, they changed the delivery time. I immediately canceled the order within minutes, yet I was still charged for the full amount. They claimed it was because they had already prepared my meal. But how can they prepare an order so quickly when the delivery time was set for an hour later? It doesn’t make sense. I’ll definitely never order from this fraudulent restaurant again.

I ordered a half and half chicken, barely any garlic sauce, under cooked fries and big clumps of chicken that was not even cut properly. Will avoid and recommend you visit other Osmow’s locations.
