The door doesn't open easily - especially when it's windy. A suggestion is to put a sign for customers to pull hard or something, since they admitted its always like that. The beef shawarma meat was too chunky and fatty - so you can't even bite it off. I even tossed some out the window because it just wasn't even worth it. Flavour is so-so, with regards to temperature, the wrap didn't sit long enough on the grill press to warm up everything. I was the only customer in the store. After all that, I just thought, this is not enjoyable so I just quit eating it, wrapped it back up and decide, oh well.

First and last time to order .
Not tasty at all, I order Chicken shawarma no tast even with garilc souce I did not taste any thing I couldn't eat it after first bite I had to throw it .

They kicked me out for no reason
I don’t think I can come here anymore. It’s mid-afternoon and the floor hasn’t been swept and the tables are dirty. Three people behind the counter. The pop was warm, lights and TV shut off-all signs of a spiral. Pizza crust and napkins on the floor. I LOVE(d) the food here and ate here three times a week. If I was served what I had today the first time I would never have come back. If you show me a dirty dining area, what state is the kitchen in? Lastly, “Yes boss” is no way to welcome a customer. Please show some pride. I’ll come back in a couple of weeks and see if anything changes. I hope so, I like it here.

My daughter and I went to Osmo Shawarma to enjoy Shawarma Day, but it turned into a very disappointing experience. After waiting 30 minutes in line, the staff rudely told me I could only order one Shawarma on the rocks, even though the promotion clearly said no limit. When I asked politely to show where it says that, he told me to move aside. How can you refuse to serve two people and only allow one Shawarma? I decided it’s not worth my money — definitely not going back, especially after such a bad impression in front of my daughter.
The promo for 5$ shawarma was up and I came in 30 min before closing however they have already closed it like and it shows that the store acc closes at 10pm. Comon man 😶🌫️
Had the worst experience today. I ordered thru their app and it was a complete nightmare. I asked them how long it would usually take for them to see the order in their system, I was told 5-7 mins but after waiting 20 mins they still have not received my order, I then decided to ask for a refund seeing as over 40 of the high school kids came in during their lunch time and all placed their order before the restaurant even got my order and I was not about to wait over 2 hours to get my food but they refused and told me to contact Door Dash for a refund which made no sense when I kept telling them I didn't order thru Door Dash. I literally downloaded the app from their TV menu screen that showed the QR code. That's when I decided to walk out. I spoke to 3 different staff members and had to repeat myself 3 times without a resolution. I tried emailing head office asking for a refund and NO ONE replied back. Hours has passed, and although I did not want the food anymore NO ONE from the store even attempted to call me to even tell me my order was ready. Never again will I step foot in this store. I lost $44 on this. Hopefully it won't happen to someone else. This is a small town with the same foot traffic, hopefully this review will help others know these guys aren't serious about running a business.

The food is tasty (got the chicken on the stix), but the staff are phenomenal. They are so kind and friendly, I’d honestly just keep coming back for them :)

Every table was dirty, like old food spilt on it or dirty napkins left on it. Food bits on the floor. The one guy working there just prepped food like a zombie, didn't greet anyone or say that he'll be right with us. 3 people awkwardly in line for 5 minutes.
There was another guy working there talking loudly on the phone in the back. Thankfully he came out eventually. Both guys started just talking in Urdu, which was just rude.
Food was ok, up to standard for the chain I guess. I get that this is a franchise, hopefully corporate sees this and reprimands the owner.

The issue was with the service. I had ordered a mild-spice shawarma bowl, but it was made extremely spicy to the point of being intolerable. Why would this happen?
