I would give a zero if I could. By far the worst bubble tea I have ever had. Tapioca was really hard, and all clumped together. Ordered a lychee smoothie and when I got it, it was brown and the small was rancid. Called the store and talked to an associate who had to call the manager, and I was told that the tapioca had separated and that caused the colour change, but no response to the rancid smell. When I had asked to talk to management and I was offered to have my drink re made instead of having management calling me. Horrible experience I will never be going back.
Their place is amazing! They have so many different flavors and they have the best deals even better than all the others. They even have decorations around the store. And some times have minions or rubber ducks so good ☆☆☆☆☆

Owners are amazing, easy to talk to talk. Huge variety. I got the Coconut Coffee Smoothie, give it a try. Loose teas are available for purchase and well as dessert items. Thx Cristina and Alisha!! 💙

We wanted to try this "famous" Korean bubble tea place known for their fermented black tea. It disappoints. I'm not sure if the baristas simply don't know the recipes or if the owner is trying to save money but every drink tasted watered down.
Business is pretty bad at this place so I wouldn't be surprised about the latter. The staff were literally sitting in chairs off to the side waiting for customers to come in. They seemed startled and somewhat nervous when they heard the door open. They were friendly although shy, perhaps we were their first customers in several days.
They have a flyer at the counter showing $4.99 daily deals, which my wife ordered -- the Saturday offer, which was a "LG" oolong milk black tea. Upon reviewing our receipt, we saw that the LG apparently doesn't mean Large, as we were charged an extra $1.25 for ordering Large. I know there's no defending this but we didn't argue the bill because we felt bad about how few customers they had.
Please note their "regular" sugar level is 50% sugar, but regardless of that the flavor is just not there.
I'm all about supporting smaller businesses but we won't be back. This was the easily the worst bubble tea I've ever had.
Parking: There is a free Green P parking lot across the street.

Great spot to grab a drink. The friendly and knowledgable staff helped to explain a few of the drink options. They provided great service. Cannot wait to come back for more.

How is this brand still alive. Stale product, bad asthetics, negative brand value. Won’t be around in 5 years. Mark my word

Great drinks and desserts but it's very small and only street parking. Would be better with another table or 2 or 3 or like 6 tall barstool tables and a small expansion

Worst bubble tea I have ever had. I ordered a hojicha milk tea and also a tiramisu milk tea. Okay at best, not even worth being called bubble tea. Very expensive but what you get is worst then bubble tea in a can. Super disappointed. On a hot day with not much choice near by this might be heaven for some people. But compared to any random bubble tea place, this is trash.

Really want to like this place. The staff are nice and they have many tea base options. Those are the pros. The sweetener they use however is unbearably artificial. The fruit teas taste like chemicals.

Good variety, Normally busy in the summer or hot days.Last time there, one of the workers just arrived to start their shift, didn't even wash her hands, and just started making the teas.... that was a real bummer.
