The pizza has much less ingredients than last time I was here. Quality has went down a lot. From 5 stars to 3 stars.

As a regular customer at papa Johns stouffville I’m always impressed with the consistent quality. The pizza is always fresh and delicious, and the service is quick and friendly. It’s my go-to place for a satisfying take-out meal.

I do not recommend this pizza sincerely, the gentleman who served us did so with a very bad attitude, he got angry when we ordered the pizza because I paid for the drinks in cash and I asked for napkins and they did not provide them.

Did delivery. Not thin crust and they used canned mushrooms. Did not enjoy their butter dipping sauce as it had melted and looked like oil by the time I got my delivery. Would not purchase again.

Alright, Papa John’s, listen up because this nonsense needs to be addressed. I placed an order online for pickup, thinking I'd save time. But when I arrive at the store at the scheduled time, I'm told by the guy in the kitchen to wait another 10 minutes.
I double-check with him, and he confirms the wait time. Fine, I'll wait. But when I return, not only is my order still not ready, but this genius has been preparing orders for people who walked in after I arrived. Are you joking? What kind of backwards logic is that? Do online or call-in customers get a discount for this absurd treatment? No, they bloody well don’t.
Your staff's rudeness and unprofessionalism are shocking. Treating online customers like second-class citizens is completely unacceptable. The guy in the kitchen might be overwhelmed, but prioritizing walk-ins over pre-orders is just idiotic.
Papa John’s, get your act together. Train your staff properly to handle online orders and treat all customers with respect. This kind of shoddy service is a disgrace and needs to change immediately. Fix it, or you'll keep losing customers who are fed up with this nonsense.

The customer service at this Papa John's is a 10/10. I had ordered 2 pizzas off Uber, and due to a glitch on ubers end, Uber gave instructions to make the pizzas without any cheese or sauce. When I attempted to dispute this with Uber they refused to do anything about it, however the employee at the Papa John's still made me 2 new pizzas even though it was Uber's error. The staff is also very friendly and respectful.

Picked up a XL NY style pizza tonight for my family and it was a little under whelming to say the least. There was very little pepperoni and cheese. This pizza is suppose to be $40 regular price? I got it with the 50% deal and had $10 pizza dough so I only paid about $11. I can't see anyone being happy with paying regular price for a pizza that have very little toppings .

He scammed me while working here. He didn't pay me for working there for the entire week and it was a very toxic environment for work.
The toppings were skimmy.
