Papa Johns Pizza

This is a must try if you’re a pizza lover. Great food at an affordable price compared to other pizza places I have been in. Great service and everything. I recommend it.

I give this restaurant 1 star only because of misleading advertising. There is a giant sign outside advertising a large 3 topping pizza for 9.99 however...when you go in to buy it, it is not available....only on Mondays and Tuesdays apparently.

Not good. Ordered a butter chicken pizza. Barely any chicken on it.

Honestly good service I ordered online from the app, right when I entered pizza was ready 1-2 minutes after. For the price you’re not getting a better deal at any other pizza shop. Make sure to stop by.

Quick, easy and reasonably priced pizza. Clean with sit down facilities. The girl at the cash register was pleased, informative and helpful

horrible service, placed a order on phone beforehand, estimated 10 minutes to complete order and ready to pick up. got there in 10 minutes to find 2 employees sitting in the corner on their phones and told me they have not started the order. they then claimed it will take 5-10 minutes but ended up taking 25, lying to me about the time and causing me to miss a important event. when making the pizza, only one was working and the other stayed on their phone, there was no other customers during that time, prolonging my order. employee then claimed to be managers when i asked. avoid this place at all costs

Today is feb 15, 2025, the last day of the government’s no hst on restaurant purchases…and it looks like this place does not know this and has been charging tax.

I ordered a medium pizza which was supposed to be $9.99. When i picked up my order, i paid $11.30 not realizing i got charged hst on my order until i got home.

When i called the place back and told them about this, the cashier, first told me that the no hst ended feb 14. I told her that is not true. Then she said it was machine issue. So i asked if the store has been charging tax all day to all of its customers? I was met with dead silence.

When i asked to whom am i speaking with, she said “cashier”. I was stunned. “Your name is cashier?” i asked.

Anyways, they said they cannot issue me a refund.

I know its small money but it is the principle that i find it strange that they wouldn’t go the extra step to rectify this mistake.

Do not waste your time in this pizza place, low quality, bad service, sneaky prices

As a regular customer at papa Johns stouffville I’m always impressed with the consistent quality. The pizza is always fresh and delicious, and the service is quick and friendly. It’s my go-to place for a satisfying take-out meal.

I do not recommend this pizza sincerely, the gentleman who served us did so with a very bad attitude, he got angry when we ordered the pizza because I paid for the drinks in cash and I asked for napkins and they did not provide them.
