They gave me the wrong meal, I'm very disappointed.

Ordered a side of gravy online and they straight up gave me a bowl of mayo. How do you mess up that badly. YOU CANT EVEN BUY BOWLS OF MAYO OFF THE MENU.

I went to Popeyes Stouffville today to buy a family meal, and it turned into a nightmare. While eating, my daughter discovered her chicken strip was raw in the middle, with visible blood. Absolutely unacceptable — serving undercooked chicken is a serious health risk.

My kids were disgusted and felt sick immediately. When I approached the counter to request a refund, I was told they would only refund part of my payment because “we had eaten some of the food.” Of course we did — we only discovered it was raw after biting into it!

I asked to speak with the manager, and a man came out from the back speaking to me in an incredibly rude and disrespectful way, even calling me impolite. Instead of apologizing for serving unsafe food, he argued and tried to deny a full refund. I had to insist and remind them of their own policy before he reluctantly returned my money.

This was completely unprofessional, unsafe, and unacceptable. Raw chicken can cause serious illness. My family could have been harmed. I will never return to this location again, and I strongly warn others to be careful.

I am writing a formal complaint to the company

I recently visited the Popeyes on Main Street Stouffville and had an excellent experience, thanks to one of your staff members, Dhriti. The service was fantastic, and she went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. She was incredibly accommodating and had a great attitude, making the whole visit a pleasure. Paid 97$ for 2 family combos boneless and with bone
Had friends for dinner. Everyone was upset.
Movie night ruined.

A few times, the chicken didn't taste fresh. Later, I saw on the news that there were issues with the chicken their group was purchasing. So, I stopped buying from their. Their chicken was also incredibly salty, lacking the fresh, umami flavor of fresh meat.

Ordered for two peace of chicken ask for breast and leg paid for breast extra! But came to car check it’s rib no breast took back there are 3 employees standing in professional work environmentally in food industry. Put the rib back in to the chicken warmer, instead put into waste bin and chicken is dry been cook more than 1hr better good the job and food service in a manners to customer you trust and come to the store

It's Popeyes, what do you expect? Sometimes it's perfect, sometimes it's too greasy. Sometimes it's dry, sometimes it's not.

I've been to several Popeyes. This one in Stouffville is consistently the most generous with chicken (really!) and never undercooked. The service is also friendly. This is the way to do it.

Always great no matter which location you visit
