I’ve been here many times and it has always been really nice, but today’s experience was really bad, especially the barista named Bonnie, god not at all welcoming and the way she slammed the merry chef oven every single time, the store actually echoed, I understand it was an hour before closing, but it’s looked like as if she didn’t even like to work and she has full on grumpy look. Not even a Hi or hello, all I got was WHAT DO YOU WANT with such an irritated tone, by the time I wanted to scan the points, she said YOU CAN PAY and disappeared.

The Staff is very friendly but 9/10 times I go, the coffee is not made correctly. It’s either bad pulled espresso shots, forgets to add syrups, never stirred, or just made poorly. For $7 a coffee It’s just not worth it :(

I was disappointed with my experience. The location was inconvenient, and the customer service needs significant improvement. I wish I got the girls name that cashed me out and talked to the manager. Do not recommend this location to anymore and it sucks because this is the only location in stouffville.

Not impressed. Went through the drive thru today and the woman at the window asked me if I would like to leave a 1 to 5 dollar tip. The tip prompt on the machine in drive thru’s is one thing, but directly asking for a tip is a whole other level. And my latte tasted like warm milk with no espresso flavour. Not worth the money if this is the experience.

The coffee is great, the place is clean. The staff is friendly, very polite and ready to help. Not many people in the morning. Music is not too loud and pretty chill. Recommend!

Got a tall pumpkin spice latte and it was just milk…no espresso flavour at all just milk with pumpkin flavouring. Terrible drink

I’ve always admired Starbucks for how they hire and train their team. In my experience, the level of customer service is often unmatched compared to many other coffee chains. This afternoon I had a wonderful experience with one of the baristas at this location, Ava. Her voice over the intercom was so bright and cheery and when I drove up to get my coffee she greeted me with the biggest smile and asked me how my day was. Ava let me know it was her first job and I could tell she absolutely loved it! I hope she continues to carry this level of enthusiasm with her, because you never know during those little exchanges, how much of an impact you could be having on someone’s day. Up until that point, I had been having a really rough morning. Thank you Ava for turning it around :)

I really have to commend the staff here. They are amazing. I see them powering through huge rushes and still maintaining a friendly demeanour. You guys rock!

Shout out to the east Asian male cashier with the glasses and I think with tats? He recommended me the matcha drink with modifications to keep me properly caffeinated and I’ve been only ordering that non stop!!
