Today I placed a mobile pickup for a drink and a chocolate brownie. When I bit into the brownie at first it was a little bit salty, I didn't think much Into it, then I took a few more bites and there was a bitter taste, I saw a decent amount of salt in my brownie. Hope someone from management read this to please help delivery drivers we don’t mind waiting for couple of minutes we understand you are busy but waiting for 10 min for an order is painful for us time is money for us if we talk to the barista in the front we get standard answer we are working on it we can see the drinks and food are ready and waiting at the back no one is packing sometimes even if they pack they don’t bring to the front hopefully this will be fixed. Appreciate...

Pros:
Great location, merchandise fully stocked, two accessible bathrooms with lots of seating. Very knowledgeable staff worked well together and kept very busy. Drinks delivered exactly as ordered and at temperature they were to be.

Cons:
Felt like the store was under-staffed which management should note. 4 staff kept very busy.

Staff working were lovely but overall order took about 20 min.
